To decide whether to serve it cold or warmed, I first took a sip of it cold.
My first impression was "Narazuke".
And it smells like well matured Narazuke.
We thought it was suitable for hot sake, so we warmed it up to 60 degrees Celsius in the chiller and drastically heated it up.
The Nara-zuke aroma was gone, but the dryness remained, and it was easy to pair with a meal.
🌾Ihyakumangoku from Niigata Prefecture 🅰️15.8° 🍶+3
Purchased from Niigata by KODEME. This sake is continuously produced by the Naeba Sake Brewery, which took over the business from the Takizawa Sake Brewery. It has an appealing taste that does not appeal to everyone, which is typical of Gohyakumangoku, and the peculiar habit of Junmai sake.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
The taste is curt and strong with a touch of alcohol 🔥.
It started raining so I drank it up like a shot and withdrew.
I know yesterday was the last day of the festival, but I wish they would hold it all the time!
I wish they would hold this festival all the time! Thank you!

The information I got was that it was fruity and sweet.
I got a tasting glass ready for me 🍷.
When I turned the cap, I got a "pshhhh" sound.
When I poured it, it was cloudy and bubbly...
I was a little surprised.
The aroma is sour and the taste is very acidic and slightly stimulating on the tongue.
If I were to use a fruit analogy, I'd say grapefruit. ⁉️
It's a raw sake and it's been 9 months from the time of production to the time of opening.
I wonder if the taste has changed due to the unknown storage method 🤔💭💭.
I like this one because it tastes like white wine🍀. *
A quick shot with the goddess since it's the beginning of the year 📸.

I caught a throat cold and have been non-alcoholic for the past few days. The Kagamibiraki (Kagami-biraki) event hosted by the condominium was held at Mt.
The year-end and New Year's holidays remind us of the importance of good health.
