This is a souvenir for myself on a business trip to Niigata.
At the Asahi Shuzo store in Niigata Station, I found a brand I had never seen before, different from Kubota, and chose this Junmai Ginjo.
It was a very satisfying bottle, with the perfect balance between the light, dry taste and the delicious rice flavor that is typical of Niigata!
Sasame Sohei Shoten brews the sacred sake of the Kasama Inari Shrine, one of the three great Inari shrines in Japan.
This junmai ginjo has an impressive, robust flavor. Combined with a slight sweetness, it is extremely delicious 😍.
