This is Inamuraya's hiyaoroshi.
It's hiyaoroshi, but it's still raw 🤔.
I think they should just call it "Nama-aged" like Chochin without forcing themselves to call it "hiyaoroshi" 🙄.
The aroma is melon sweet with a hint of spiciness.
When you take a sip, it has a slight sweetness and a firm umami flavor.
It finishes with a slight spiciness.
We enjoyed it with thick shiitake mushrooms sauteed in butter from Owani Town in the third picture. 🍄🟫😋
There are no more trains running on the rails...
While it's still on the line, here we are.
This is the station at the end of Honshu.
Now there is a substitute bus running, and I am taking the bus while imagining the railroad 🚌.
A 20-minute walk from the station is a sushi restaurant, where I had a seafood bowl full of seafood with no smell!
The seafood, including the tuna, was excellent!
The sake was soft, fluffy, sweet and fragrant!
It goes well with this kaisendon!
chika-san Tsugaru is a nice place, isn't it?
I have ridden Tsugaru railroad twice, and I still remember spending a relaxing and leisurely time there.
Too bad about the Tsugaru line...
This is my first brand. I had not bought it because I thought it was always available at the liquor store I often go to and I could drink it anytime! I didn't buy it because I thought I could drink it anytime.
It has a clean taste. It has a moderate sweetness with a hint of apple, and a mellow umami. The aftertaste is sharp and dry. It is a well-balanced sake. It is recommended to cool it down.
Aomori, 2nd night
This restaurant is also very cheap!
Sashimi 550 yen
The boiled fish is a service 😁😁.
We drank a lot and ate a lot but no pictures 😅 thank you for the food 😁😁
Oh yeah, Manachi, I'm in Aomori 😁.
I loved Aomori so much, I was very satisfied with Acugayu Onsen and heard Sayuri Ishikawa's Cape Ryubimisaki 😊 Let's meet up in Aomori next time 😁.
