This is what I wanted to drink, in a Mottokiri style.
Gentle and mild aroma of rice,
Soft and mellow acidity,
The taste of rice is firm and rich, with a slight sweet bitterness,
The taste is refreshing, clean and crisp,
It was delicious!
The food and the hot spring bath with a view of the mountain stream are also excellent.
