Support sake for torrential rain in Noto Peninsula. To be combined. People joining hands. Hope for those affected by the disaster. The sake is made with the same spirit as that of the Noto Peninsula. The taste goes without saying. It is a good sake in many ways.
I bought a bottle of Sakai no Dawn at a local supermarket. Sake Nouveau. A clear sake that soaks into the body and soul. It tastes a little sweet. This is the first time I've had it this year, and it's good!
Tasake's sparkling sake. I paired it with the hairy crab I received as part of my hometown tax payment, and it was just as I had expected. The refined taste of the crab and the shwashiness had a synergistic effect and was delicious. It has a refreshing aftertaste with no unpleasant aftertaste. The bubbles were fine and not too fizzy. It was a good end to the three-day weekend!
I forgot to buy the red dragonfly, but I bought the maple. The aroma, sourness, and sweetness in it reminds me personally of loquat. But loquat is not for autumn.... What is the autumn fruit that is sweet and tasty with a little sourness?
Calm aroma. The flavor is as if the rice has been blended with clean water. The umami is also light and the sweetness is restrained, so the aftertaste is refreshing. It seems that the brewery only has one bottle of this sake, but I am glad I only have one bottle.
I had avoided it because I thought it tasted like natto (fermented soybeans), but of course it couldn't be. It is rather fruity. Delicious. You shouldn't judge it by its appearance. w
Sake of the month for January. The bottle was opened after half a year's sleep. We procured the best sake snacks from Nezu Matsumoto, the best fish shop in Tokyo. Yamada-Nishiki has an image of light and well-balanced, but the flavor is concentrated. A little bit of acidity is also a nice accent.
A sweet and tasty type of royal road. It has no peculiarities and is really easy to drink. It was perfect as a mealtime sake, and went well with sashimi and grilled squid with shichimi.
The label says it was brewed in 2020. I didn't know it had been laid down for a long time. It is originally a dry sake, but it is balanced just before you feel the alcohol taste and think it is too much. It is a strange sake that is easy to drink even though it makes you feel hot.
Very fruity aroma. Like mango. It is very delicious with a sweet flavor that overflows with juwaktu. The bottle is labeled "unfiltered, once-fired sake". The price is very reasonable since it costs less than 1,600 yen for the No. 4 bottle.
Hozu, which has been laid down for almost a year. 8 Noumaku type. The aroma smells of fluffy rice. It has a firm fizziness. It is like the flow of a river that rushes down while lingering on the tongue for a bit. I would like to drink it while cooling off on the porch of a country house.
Rice and agave dobrok. A stunning sense of Hassaku. As an octuplet lover, I was satisfied with the bitterness, but wanted an expression of the fresh taste in my mouth. I was thinking that is not a dobrok.... But I think this series is an interesting challenge!
Takachiyo no Murasaki. This sake has a shwashiness and sweetness to it. I love it. It's different from Hanahayo, but considering its availability, I think it's excellent.
