#Otaru#. I was a lecturer at a conference for companies. In the evening in Otaru, we had a get-together with the participating companies. The sake served there was Otaru's local sake. I prefer sweet sake, but it was a bit... I felt the spiciness was strong for a +5 sake, maybe because it was junmai? Today, I had to travel from Nagasaki to Otaru, I was a little tired😅.

180ml Nishinoseki bought at my usual liquor store. My first Oita! I thought it would be sweet, but the aftertaste is a bit spicy. But it's delicious. It tastes like I'm drinking it.

The third group of the Sake Rice and Yeast Association is Gintome and Yuko's Idea from Iwate Prefecture. Iwate is often named after the pure-heartedness of the Tohoku region or after Kenji Miyazawa, and the rice is Gintome, which is a Gin user. Yuko, the yeast, seems to be named after the developer, Ms. Yuko Yamashita of the Iwate Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. It is a clear, dry sake. Sake from Iwate is interesting in many ways. Whale wave is next. I thought it was your first time in Gifu Prefecture and you got one 😊. Purchased at a local liquor store...Yamada Nishiki, ✖️ Gohyakumangoku = Koshitanrei, 100% sake rice from Niigata Prefecture. Sweet! It's more of a drink to enjoy on its own than a midday drink... it's a beginner's drink... women will love it... and since it's unfiltered, it's unfiltered, you can drink it on the rocks with ice... yup!

The dryness of the alcohol gives this sake a good sharpness in spite of its aroma, giving it a classical impression in the latter half of the bottle. It is more suitable as a mid-meal drink than as a stand-alone sake. It went well with grilled sea bream, various sashimi, simmered pork, simmered sea bream, fried fish, and other dishes made by my wife's brother.

I thought I had to ask for it when Yoohee-san came back home to get it 😅. It was available at a liquor store in Osaka city😳 At the store where I bought Saeki Hisho the other day. This sake is made with Abelia yeast. Fruity and sweet like a flower yeast, but the second half is quite spicy. I'd like to try it if they have fresh sake. I wondered what "Hanegi Shibori" means. I was wondering what "Hanegi Shibori" was, and it turns out that it's the same as the Tenbin Shibori process used by Furozumi, Miyako Bijin, and Shirasagi-no Shiro in the Kansai region 🤔.
