At home. This is my favorite Sei Masamune. There is no particular aroma, and it has a smooth mouthfeel with a fruity and sweet taste in the nose, followed by a little sourness, and finally a bitter taste that finishes it off nicely. Compared to the previous Seimasamune, the sweetness is more moderate.

At home. I bought this as a souvenir when I enjoyed lunchtime drinking at Changlong Brewpark and had it at home. I guess it is a slightly different version of the one I had at lunch. The aroma may be influenced by the name of bamboo ⁉️.... Unlike the lunchtime drink, it was fresh, sweet, sour, and refreshing. The fact that I was able to bring back a good one as a souvenir made my day more enjoyable and memorable... ‼️ The fourth picture is of Kaguya-chan, the mascot of Hiroryo Town.

At Changlong Brewpark. The second drink was Shikisaki. We were told that it is recommended as a food sake, so we had it with our bento. It is a dry sake with a strong umami flavor that can be savored slowly. The aroma is mild, sweet and sour, with a hint of yogurt and slightly prune-like. Like yesterday's Rokugen, I wonder if Fushimi's Junmai tends to be like this. The smooth brewing water gives the ogome a full-bodied richness and umami, with a pleasant melon-like sweetness. It has a sharpness that makes it very easy to drink. @Koriyama Iando After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama. I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho! I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians! It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink.
