OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑧ This is another unknown sake brewery, Yukijaku Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a 38% rice polishing ratio and unfiltered. According to the official website, there are two types of sake: hi-ire and nama, but the one I drank was probably hi-ire. I think it was fruity and quite sweet 🤔. Forgot to take notes💦.

I thought it was Hibari, but it was Yukijaku. My first sake from Ehime. It's a delicious sake with a fluffy sweetness that spreads to the mouth, and no harshness. I think it's a good sake that will become a rare and delicious sake once its name becomes known. GW in Kanazawa! At the Kanazawa Sake Brewery in Kanazawa Station, we came across a dream machine that allowed us to sample sake for 100 or 300 yen (P.S.) Naturally, we took the challenge. The description said it was dry, but I prefer raw sake, so I chose this one. I tasted it thinking it might be a fruity type, but it was a clear dry sake that would go well with sashimi and other dishes. I appreciate free tastings, but I feel somewhat guilty about it, so this kind of reasonably priced tasting is very helpful and encourages me to try different kinds. I tasted three other types of sake here, and all of them seemed dry to me. I have an image that Ishikawa's sake is basically dry.

I drank Choseomai at KITTE the other day, but this is my first time at Notoji. I didn't know there was a variety of rice called Chosei Mai😅 I thought it was a brand name like Niida rice. I heard that the rice grown in the Chousei area of Chiba is also called Chousei rice, which is a bit confusing 🙄. It has a golden color. Or maybe a little light brown😅. Smells like Shaoxing wine. It smells like aged sake, but it tastes beautiful and a little sweet. Better than the Chousei Mai I had the other day 😋. It's a bit of a mystery how it's aged so well even though it doesn't say it's an aged sake on the official website or on the liquor store's website 🤔.

This is the third sake of a three-sake drinking comparison at THE CALENDER BIWAKO TOURISM, a standing drinking space that opened on 11/29 at JR Otsu Station in Shiga Prefecture. This is MONSOON, a kijo sake from the Laughing Season Sake Brewery. I love kijo sake. ☺️ Monsoon has three types of sake with different rice: Ginfukiyuki, Tamakoe, and Yamadanishiki, each with a different label depicting an artistic exotic beauty. This time we are drinking the Ginfukiyuki🌾 raw sake type. The aroma is gentle with a hint of sweetness. The rice aroma is also mild. I imagined it to be a bit more floral, but maybe that's because it's from the server. Smooth texture. The sweetness is fluffy, gentle, dark, and beautiful. The acidity is fine and gentle. The wine is smooth, flowing, and has a sharpness that seems to disappear without any change. The lingering finish is long and slightly complex. The taste perfectly matches the image of the woman on the label. It is sweet, but it doesn't linger, and finally disappears like a mirage. This is a bottle I would like to drink at home someday 🍶.

The first challenge for the first Bodai yeast sake is the sake from Nara, the birthplace of Bodai yeast 🕺🏻. Takacho 🦅❗️ from Aburicho Sake Brewery, well known for Kaze no Mori 🕺🏻. I got this one because it's only available in April! The label is so cool 👍! I thought it might be a bit peculiar since it's made from the Muromachi period, but it's not as sour as I thought it would be, and it's full-bodied and tasty while also giving off a unique flavor😳. I was expecting it to be a bit peculiar, but it was not as acidic as I thought it would be, and it was delicious with a unique flavor and richness 😳. It is rated -34 on the sake scale, but it is not too sweet and can be drunk easily 😋. Different from Kaze no Mori, this one was delicious too! I think I'll try another Bodai Hashimoto Sake 😋!

The famous sake from Yoshino, Nara, Shojo no Oni👹san series❣️. The founder of Shugendo, Yakushokaku, was served by a couple of demons: the husband demon was Zendo Oni (the former demon) and the wife was Myodo Oni (the latter demon). This is the first time I bought a sake named after that Zendo Oni 😆. I was originally under the impression that Shoto was a fruity, easy-drinking sake, but this Zendo Oni is so rich and full-bodied that it is hard to believe it is a Jungin of Gohyakumangoku 😳. It has a nice melon feeling and a full-bodied flavor reminiscent of Tamagawa❣️. By the third day, the ripe fruit-like sweetness is added, and the unique flavor is irresistible 😇 I'm enjoying it chippy, chippy, chippy😇 All that crosses our path are demons 👹. But if it's demons like this, I want to see them again. I wonder if his wife will be the next demon (not my wife 😅)
