The sweetness with a hint of tenderness and spiciness 😄]. This sake is brewed by a sake brewery famous for its Kimmiya shochu. I saw Sanad and Nemuchi rave about this brand a long time ago, and it was on my list of things to drink. The sweet and gentle aroma is pleasant. It has a pleasant sweetness in the mouth and a long, lingering spiciness after swallowing. It has a strong alcoholic taste and a rather robust flavor. This is one of my favorite types 😋. It is good with simmered dishes in Japanese cuisine. It has a wide range of dishes that can be matched with western food as well👍.

This is a gift from an acquaintance, a long aged honjozo. It has a beautiful amber color with a good balance between the full flavor of the rice and the aroma like Shaoxing wine, and it goes well with strong meals.

The top aroma is slightly honey-like. When you drink it, it is sweet and spicy and refreshing, but it also has a slightly bitter taste. This is delicious. The aftertaste is sweet and tingly, reminiscent of canned fruit syrup. As you get used to drinking it, you can taste the bitterness. Outweighs the sweetness of the roll cake. After eating the roll cake, you feel the sourness and this is delicious. I want to drink it thick and sweet and sip it little by little. If you add ice, you get sourness and bitterness. When it is warmed up, the strong sweetness is drawn out and changes to a gentle taste, and after the slight sweetness and sourness, it seems to seep in. It is delicious. I couldn't finish my drink.

The first challenge for the first Bodai yeast sake is the sake from Nara, the birthplace of Bodai yeast 🕺🏻. Takacho 🦅❗️ from Aburicho Sake Brewery, well known for Kaze no Mori 🕺🏻. I got this one because it's only available in April! The label is so cool 👍! I thought it might be a bit peculiar since it's made from the Muromachi period, but it's not as sour as I thought it would be, and it's full-bodied and tasty while also giving off a unique flavor😳. I was expecting it to be a bit peculiar, but it was not as acidic as I thought it would be, and it was delicious with a unique flavor and richness 😳. It is rated -34 on the sake scale, but it is not too sweet and can be drunk easily 😋. Different from Kaze no Mori, this one was delicious too! I think I'll try another Bodai Hashimoto Sake 😋!

Purchased at Umeda Department Store. (Hankyu or Hanshin) One of seven breweries in Nara Prefecture that belong to the Nara Prefecture Bodai-Hashimoto Sake Research Association. See label on back. Rich, mouthfeel It is a sweet type, but the far and spreading umami and bitterness It was delicious and matched well with food. It became mellow and mild when heated to lukewarm and I could enjoy it with ease 😁. I am interested in the history of sake only when I taste Bodaihashi.

Outside drinking. Ordered by the impact of the name. When poured, it smells moist and sweet. The taste is as expected (?). The sweetness is strong. When tasted, it has the flavor of rice.
