It is one of the most impressive brands of sake. The mild acidity and the exiting aroma are complex and distinct, which can only be described as the aroma of the best daiginjos, even after many cups. The art of alcohol, the natural sashimi of flatfish prepared as a snack, is so good sake that it makes you feel hazy. When enjoying this kind of sake, it might be better to have simple snacks such as seaweed salt, but it is better to let the sake be the star of the evening.

As you can see, this is sake in a paper pack. Those who use sakewa may have an aversion to packaged sake, but this is different. After all, it is Kamo Nishiki. Junmai Ginjo.
