The use of 100% Koshi-tanrei, this phrase raises expectations. It has a delicious mouthfeel, yet it is strangely sharp. When you put it in your mouth and give it some air, you will be surprised at how good the aroma is. I am tempted to use the word "fragrant. Since the sake is made from Tochio products, I would have to say Tochio-age (fried Tochio fish) as a snack.

Good mouthfeel, not quite robust, but subtly grapey. I recommend it to those who have been sake lovers for a while and have drunk a lot of sake. I finished it before trying it, but it might be good lukewarm. I think I'll have teriyaki chicken as a snack.

As you can see, this is sake in a paper pack. Those who use sakewa may have an aversion to packaged sake, but this is different. After all, it is Kamo Nishiki. Junmai Ginjo. Mild acidity, good sharpness. The aroma is modest, but I have a feeling that it would go well with any snack. It is amazing that a 1.8L bottle of this quality costs less than 2,000 yen.

The aroma is banana, ripe and sweet, but not sticky or clingy. This rice polishing ratio, or perhaps it is because of it, that this flavor can be produced. Sake with a nice lingering taste. Tuna pico would be a good snack.
