Home drinking. This is a dry sake for the Year of the Ox from Hachinohe Sake, and is used in full quantity. A refreshing pineapple with tropical fruit and sweet and sour aromas, a clean and light mouthfeel of melon and sweetness gurgles in the mouth, turning to a sweet rice flavor on the mid-palate and a long finish.

This is my favorite Hakutsuru 🍶. The black bottle with navy blue label is kind of cool 🥰. It is sold only in Aomori. The first aroma is slightly sweet. The palate has a full-bodied sweet flavor that is typical of Hanafukuyuki. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, partly due to the 50% polishing. The sharpness is not bad either. I want to buy a bottle next year and drink it carefully 🤔.

It's a Hachizuru Gin Karasu 🍶. Purchased by mail order from Kameya Sake Shop in Aomori City😊. The top aroma is softly sweet with a hint of Gin-Karasu-boshi. Slightly gassy on the palate 🫧. Slight acidity with a light, juicy sweetness. It is a bit astringent and finishes with a slight astringent taste. Well balanced and refreshing 😘. It was delicious🍶✨️

Gorgeous ginjo aroma and delicious top notes. There is a sense of gas. Fresh and dry on the palate. Modern balance of umami acidity and bitterness with classic umami volume. The bitterness balances the sweetness, and the spiciness of the high alcohol content of 17°C (17°F) makes it delicious. 😋😋😋😋 Medium sweetness and dryness. Japan is a wide country and there are still many delicious sake that we don't know about. ☺️ Purchased at Tsujimura Sake Shop in Aomori City. 3,200 yen without tax.
