Two years ago 🚗 I visited Minami Haga, a roadside station near a sake brewery, and checked in 😅I bought a mini bottle of Banshu Ichiken and a bottle of Old Pine Sake Brewery's Sansho as a souvenir. Sanyo Bai Sake Brewery and Old Pine Sake Brewery are almost across the street from each other, about a minute walk away, so I recommend you visit both of them 😊. The Sansho is a regional brand 😃👆👆 Like the Banshu Ikken, the Sansho Junmai Ginjo is also made with Hyogo Yume Nishiki sake rice. Maybe it would have been better to warm it up 🧐. Label: 🏷️ Difficulty: low 😍 Soaking in hot water made it easy to peel off. Place to buy 🍶:Roadside Station Minami Haga

The top of the tree. Sourness and sweetness, both present. It leaves an aftertaste, but it is not unpleasant. It was good, moderately rich. What is kijoshu? I searched for it and found out that it is made with sake, not water. I had no idea.

Souvenirs from a trip to see the autumn leaves at Momijiyama in Yamazaki, Shiso City. Currently, there are two remaining sake breweries in the city, Sanyo Sake Brewery and Old Pine Brewery, but until 40 years ago, there was another brewery, Honke Monzenya, which brewed and sold a type of sake called sansho (three laughs). The building of the Honke Monzenya still remains, but in order to make the most of the historical landscape where sake breweries line up from Sanyo Bai to Laematsu and Honke Monzenya, The Yamazaki Central City Area Revitalization Committee (Good Town Project) was formed, and over a period of two years, "Sansho" was revived! There is a café called "Sansho" on the former site. Let's start with the old pine tree.

Scoring☆☆☆☆ Kamikame Shuzo's Sake Pants from Saitama All products bearing the name "Hikomago" are aged for more than three years in the brewery before being shipped. Open the bottle! 🌠 The sweet aroma of rice drifts faintly in the air😄. The first glass is a cold sake. Rich, soft, and robust. 😋 The second glass is lukewarm or hot ❗ The rice flavor is nice 😋 A little nostalgic, I️ surprisingly like the taste of Junmai sake🎶. Tonight I paired it with shabu shabu and it was a good match for the meat👍. I recommend drinking it warmed up with strong flavored food and cheese😄.

Junmai Ahusu Nama Genshu "acid high" limited edition‼️. What kind of brewing method is it? 🤔 Very sour and unique tasting sake 😳. I'm being cheeky not knowing the normal afs, but it was a stylish sake, more overly yellow in colour than other afs❣️.

There was one that caught my eye, so I had a glass. It was a good, refreshing sake, which I didn't think was a honjozo. Delicious.

Ibigawa! We received this from kino.✨ Thank you kino. for everything 🙇♂️ First of all, cold sake! Sweet and delicious! Alcoholic taste like Honjozo! Then hot sake The alcoholic taste is mellowed. And the sweetness and umami are amplified. It's so good! ❣️ With yellowtail sashimi from Harunobu in Niigata! It went really well together 😋.

I first found and purchased it at JR Nagoya Takashimaya. I guess they started to carry Ibigawa, although Imi is not available. This sake has the umami of rice, but it is light and refreshing, and does not interfere with meals in a calm manner. It is delicious. 😋😋😋😋

Purchased at the Tsujun Sake Brewery where we stopped by after seeing the Tsujun Bridge. The taste is neither spicy nor sweet, and is easy to pair with a variety of things. Is it the lack of insistence?

Tokyo's local sake. Trial 300ml bottle. The aroma is unexpectedly fruity, and the mouthfeel is sweet and bitter. Fresh, light, and refreshing? It is easy to drink without any habits. It's quite tasty...I guess it's like a light and delicious sake...I didn't know there was such a Junmai-shu in Tokyo...

Rice used: Akebono from Okayama Prefecture, Gohyakumangoku from Niigata Prefecture, Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture This is a new product from a local liquor store. I thought it was a Toyama sake, but it turned out to be an Edo sake. The acidity is strong, and there is a refreshing summery flavor. The bitter and spicy aftertaste is also good. The overall balance is not bad. Sake from Tokyo is not to be underestimated ❗️

Tonight, our first in the series, Aizu Otokoyama Kai from Fukushima Aizu ✨. First of all, the specs are 100% Fukunoka with Jungin polish and 16% alcohol. The aroma is clear with a hint of pineapple and a mojito-like flavor in the second half. The attack is soft and sweet just like the aroma, but soon the acidity and bitterness overtake it and it has a nice crisp finish 👍 It is perfect as a mealtime drink and is very easy to drink without feeling too much alcohol 😋.

Otokoyama Brewery is located in Aizumisato-cho, Onuma-gun, Fukushima Prefecture, which is different from Kaito Otokoyama. The brewery was dormant for a while, but has restarted again. It is a fresh, raw ogara-mi sake. It is slightly carbonated and tastes great with the bitterness of the oli.

I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.

Aloe, lychee, red flowers. Fresh impression. Churns in the mouth, The mouthfeel is beautiful and smooth despite the low rice polishing, The thickness of the 17% nama sake is very thick. It has a cool and refreshing feeling with a slight freshness. It is dangerous because of the goodness of the throat passage that gives the illusion of alcohol content (laugh). It is beautiful, but also has the strength to catch the oil from the food. Taste 3.5/5

I bought it because my child's name has the character for virtue in it lol. I was surprised by the color when I put it in a glass. The best thing about this product is the fact that it is made in Indonesia. I'm not sure if I've had enough, so I opened this bottle, but my face is starting to go numb 🤪 lol

Junmai Daiginjo for the brewery's 170th anniversary Thankfully, I was given a sample of three different rice wines to compare... Yeah, they're the same! I tried to guess blindly, but I couldn't hit anything... What they have in common is Mellow, fruity, sweet and juicy Lightly caramelized flavor. The differences, to put it bluntly Hitanishiki: strawberry flavor and clarity Miyamanishiki: Sharp aroma Hachitan-Nishiki: Strong sweetness with bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste According to the internet, Hitachi Nishiki is made with No.18 yeast, while Miyamanishiki and Hachitan Nishiki are a blend of No.18 and No.14 yeast...heh! I realize that I am still a young man who needs more training! But it was delicious!

I tried it heated today ...... and it's good heated, very good, very good. The acidity is very good! It has a nice lingering aftertaste. It lingers well, but the spiciness is also noticeable. Everyone loves the Character's Cup. Sakaitachi, the mascot of Sakaimachi, Ibaraki Prefecture. This is the 630th one-cup, one-pack festival.
