A work colleague gave it to me as a souvenir from a trip to Nagano. My first bite was "much sweeter than I expected"! It's not fruity, but more like a smooth and sweet taste. It is delicious and smooth on the palate! The sweetness is followed by a slight sourness and bitterness. At 300ml, I think it will be gone in a day, but I'll leave it for a few days. I'm lucky to get this level of sake as a souvenir!

Rice used is unknown. According to the owner of the sake shop, the sake is aged for three years, but there is no strong sense of aging, and it is a dry junmai-shu with a good acidity. It is a dry junmai-shu with a lot of acidity. The sweetness that spreads fluently and the spicy astringency in the latter half are very unique. After a few days, it becomes more crisp and easy to drink. For my taste, I'd like to have more of a woody or smoky flavor. Either way, it's not a type that will appeal to everyone. I was curious why it says sweet on purpose😅. It's not like the popular fluffy fluty It's a solid sweet sake 👘. So, you know... It was great with light red bean paste sweets, cheese, teriyaki, etc 🎵. Recommended to drink at room temperature or lukewarm, but it was also possible to drink it a little chilled 👍✨.
