Rice used: Akebono from Okayama Prefecture, Gohyakumangoku from Niigata Prefecture, Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture This is a new product from a local liquor store. I thought it was a Toyama sake, but it turned out to be an Edo sake. The acidity is strong, and there is a refreshing summery flavor. The bitter and spicy aftertaste is also good. The overall balance is not bad. Sake from Tokyo is not to be underestimated ❗️

Chiyotsuru's new sake. The aroma is subdued. It has a slightly powdery, smooth mouthfeel. It is said to be a medium-bodied sake, but it has a strong sweetness. It also has a richness that is a little like soybean flour. It is a solid junmai sake with almost no fruity notes.
