Okutama is so rural that it is both Tokyo and not Tokyo. The water is clean.
Since I changed my car, I went to the brewery to buy some sake.
It tastes like an average sake. It may be orthodox. Fresh and crisp. It also has a freshness like grapefruit and lemon.
The price is a very reasonable 1,265 yen. Higher score than expected!
