I thought it was a Toyama sake, but it turned out to be an Edo sake. The acidity is strong, and there is a refreshing summery flavor. The bitter and spicy aftertaste is also good. It is said that the name of the brewery comes from the auspicious "cranes" that flew into the Akigawa River that runs south of the brewery.
