We had a good amount of sake from New Year's.
I was happy to be able to drink this sake, which is rarely seen in the Kanto area.
It is a very refreshing sake with a very smooth aftertaste!
It went well with Osechi.
Purchased at the Laematsu store where I stopped by on my way home from Hatsumode (New Year's visit to a shrine).
It was served with dinner on New Year's Day.
It was spicy and very good to drink.
Too bad I left it at my parents' house without finishing it 😢.
I went to Yamazaki in Hyogo Prefecture, so I had some local sake.
The sweetness and roundness are impressive. Surprisingly, it goes well with everything.

Muscat-like aroma.
Gentle sweetness at first, and then the umami of the rice spreads gradually.
