It is a true sake that shows the hard work of our predecessors in the sake making process 😉.
We will pair it with sukiyaki (garlic 🧄mashimashi) made with white miso for a seasonal change of health. ....it was delicious 😋🍶.
This is the sake for tonight. p
It's a little aged and has a sticky sweetness, but it's soft on the palate, making it easy to drink and delicious.
No, it is a delicious sake.
So, why don't we make a sake club?
It's fun!
I'm sure it will be.
We had a good amount of sake from New Year's.
I was happy to be able to drink this sake, which is rarely seen in the Kanto area.
It is a very refreshing sake with a very smooth aftertaste!
It went well with Osechi.
Purchased at the Laematsu store where I stopped by on my way home from Hatsumode (New Year's visit to a shrine).
It was served with dinner on New Year's Day.
It was spicy and very good to drink.
Too bad I left it at my parents' house without finishing it 😢.
