Chiyotsuru, a local sake from Akiruno City, Tokyo. The label is very flashy. The aroma is a bit rummy. The taste is not too sweet and refreshing, but it has a strong aftertaste with a strong sake flavor.
Purchased at the Seoto no Yu store.
Easy to drink and well-balanced sake. Not too sweet, not too spicy, not too heavy, not too light. I like the taste of this sake.

Dry sake with a good balance of sharpness and umami.

This Akiruno City Chiyotsuru, Kami-Sen, is a perfect accompaniment to yakitori.
This selection is austere, I thought. But it goes well with chicken hot pot.
