Koyume, my favorite
It has just the right amount of sweetness, but still has a ricey feel to it.
I had it with stir-fried miso hormone, and it was not bad at all!
Sweet, sweet for me!
But when I paired it with the Sake Kasu sponge with sweet chestnuts and pâté on top, it felt so refreshing and I enjoyed pairing it with it!
