Off-flavored or off-flavored
I thought it might be off-flavored, but it doesn't have the same hints as the aroma.
Extractive broth aroma like grilled fish bones
Also smells of eringi mushrooms and fermentation.
It seems to be a valuable sake that was left in an old liquor store.
The spicy feeling I guessed from the specs and the store owner's description lasted until the first half of the bottle. I thought it was a so-called "juwa" sake, but for some reason, the second half had a refreshing green-vegetable feel to it. Interesting!
