"Believing in something is a responsibility. Even if the result of believing is not as you expected, it is your responsibility. "I don't recommend it as a liquor store. But if you're buying it for yourself, you might want to keep it at room temperature before drinking it, even though it's raw sake. Even if it fails, it is my responsibility to make the right choice, so don't worry. It's been one month since I stored it. The color is yellowish and reminds me of a strong taste. The aroma is fermented and ripe. In the mouth... the taste is juicy and complex, a true taste of rice! The initial specs are that it is a little dry, but as it ages, the sweetness is brought out and it is very Tsuchida-like. It has the flavor of a dense, rich, umami flavor that brings out so much of the rice flavor, and the flavor deepens more and more to the point that it cannot be described in a single word." This flavor!" The taste develops further from the point where the tongue catches it. On the other hand, if you put it in your mouth and drink it right away, you will be surprised at how easy it is to drink. This is too good to be true... I'm glad the drinker believes in the drinker... Next year, I'm going to try drinking it refrigerated. I wonder what it will taste like. PS...After another month of opening the bottle, a nice fermented aroma comes out. This one's good too!

Hyogo Prefecture Mizuho Kuromatsu Kenbishi Rice polishing ratio Alcohol 17.5 Junmai sake from Kenbishi. As a Junmai sake drinker, I really wanted to have a Junmai sake from Kenbishi, so I bought it online. The color is light amber. The matured flavor reminds me of chocolate aroma. It is a solid sake with a great posture.

I got some black soybean edamame and remembered that I don't have any sake at home, so I bought some sake from a big store. As it says, it's dry and spicy ☺️. It's easy to drink.

Hanpukai Sake The label says Kiku-zakari, the sakenowa says Tokikumori. I believe the label. Last year it had a classic impression, but this year it feels modern fruity. Maybe it was my physical condition, but it was different from my image. I enjoyed it very much. I drank it while playing mahjong and got very drunk. Double soup with pork and beef bones? Is it basically pork? It was thick and tasty. It went well with thin noodles.

Today's sake is Nagano sake, from the Shinshu secret hanpukai. I can't seem to get this kanji to come up on my kanji converter, so I'll just write it in hiragana 🤣. This sake was a strange one that divided opinions in my family😅. I felt it was very fruity and sweet, but Kaorin said it had a heavy impression, and for the first time in a long time, our opinions were completely different😅. But I'm sure it's a great drink 😇 Today we saw the latest Silence of the Fleet in 4DX at a movie theater near Expo Park 😀. It was a submarine movie, and Kaori-chan and I both got hit by a lot of water droplets and the shaking of the submarine, but we enjoyed it very much 😇.

This is my first Kikumori. It's smooth and less acidic, which is good to pair with sashimi or other fish cuisine.

Brewery Limited ✨️ brought in by a regular customer GOTCHISO-SAMATSU I just had Yaezakura the other day, so it was easy to compare: ☺️ It's a bit peculiar after all! But I'm lucky🍀🍀 to be able to drink this rare limited edition sake.

Next was the Ryusen Yaezakura Junmai Sake Takumi no Omachi. Compared to the Yamada-Nishiki we drank earlier, the taste is a little more robust. The aroma is almost imperceptible, but the sweetness and umami of the flavor is stronger than that of Yamadanishiki. I was full of anticipation, wondering what this sake, which won first place in the Governor's Award, would taste like! I went to the brewery and asked them about it, and they told me that they will start selling it next week. I am looking forward to it! It was delicious! (^o^) P.S. This year, my hibiscus has many flower buds. Last year, they hardly bloomed at all... (^_^; )

Junmai Nama Sake 🍶 Shiboritate✨ Various flavors. Stronger freshly squeezed. Alcohol is also strong. It is assertive throughout. The sliced kipper makes it mild 👍. Fried oyster makes it more charming. . If you think the denim label is unusual, the brewery is located in Kojima, Kurashiki City, the birthplace of domestic denim! The inside of the bottle has a slightly sweet, light, and refreshing taste that is easily accepted by young people, just like the label says. This was not just a product that was a front for the bizarre, but a product that was a true test of what was in the bottle.

I was curious why it says sweet on purpose😅. It's not like the popular fluffy fluty It's a solid sweet sake 👘. So, you know... It was great with light red bean paste sweets, cheese, teriyaki, etc 🎵. Recommended to drink at room temperature or lukewarm, but it was also possible to drink it a little chilled 👍✨.

On the Shinkansen on the way back from a business trip to Kyoto. Mild ginjo aroma with a hint of alcohol. The taste is light, slightly aromatic and dry. When drinking it in a can, it is nice that the aroma comes in a flurry when the can is opened. It is also good to drink on the way home from a business trip to feel the end of the business trip.

I enjoyed the cool sour taste. The aroma is a refreshing "rice"🌾 At first sip, it has more punch than I expected but it is pleasant. The aftertaste is refreshing and the sharpness is delicious✨. The light nigori also makes you feel cooler It makes me feel more cool Tomoka Imamura, the female toji of Wakaha Shuzo tweeted that she paired it with cheese. I also paired it with Kili's cream cheese. I can't wait to try it out! I also want to drink Wakanami TYPE-FY2 I want to drink it.

I bought this Akatombo at Kado-Yasan in October. I kept it in a safe place, but I opened a bottle today. It's really good! It's sweet all the time while rolling it around in your mouth, but when you finish it, the sourness stands out and you can feel some bitterness at the end. It's a taste I like.

#Nagasaki Goto Town# w river/o/pine/hori/fuku/yama I visited with a customer from Hokuriku. To compete with them with seafood, We consulted with them in advance about "Uchiwa Shrimp" caught in Hirado, Nagasaki. We consulted with them in advance and asked them to secure it for us at the market. We had them as sashimi. It was like a smaller horseshoe crab. They were very pleased 😁. Now for the 🍶... For a moment, I thought it would be dry. I thought it was dry, I felt sweetness. The freshness goes well with sashimi. The shrimp was served in miso soup later 🎉.

Like yesterday, Shiratake-san. I think it was the one with the most intense flavor during the tasting (we received a lot of it, probably... You can still feel the umami and sweetness of the rice. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter and lingers for a long time. (PS: After about 30 minutes of pouring the cold sake into a Kimura glass piccolo, the aroma of ripe melon spread through the glass. After drinking it, it is still melon. It went from rice to melon🍈) My mistake, or rather my assumption, was that the addition of brewer's alcohol would refresh me. But after tasting it at Hakutake-san, it was the opposite... The same goes for this sake. The sardine was grilled with salt, well oiled and grilled to a high strength. The skin is crispy and you can even eat the bones. The flavor spreads and goes very well with white rice. The yeast we were allowed to taste, 1801 and No. 7, was said to be used at the brewery. I believe this is No. 7... I'm sorry if I'm wrong, it's frustrating to drink and not know 🙏.

The only sake brewery in Tsushima. Shiratake Sake Brewery (Former Kawachi Sake Brewery) During the waiting time at Tsushima Airport, I enjoyed Tsushima venison? and enjoyed it, but I was not feeling very well, so I will refrain from commenting at this time. I drank it again at home. I first drank it cold, but it had a strong umami and sweetness from the rice. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. I could go on and on with just this one... (Come to think of it, I would drink it on the rocks...) (By the way, we were told that it can be served on the rocks or with fruit.) Added -> I remembered that and tried it on the rocks. No way, it became more, rice, this is delicious. It's not the type that stands out for its flamboyance, but rather the rice, so I imagine it would go well with anything that goes with rice when it's hot 💭. I'll fill in additional information when I have that opportunity. 60°(Additional note I wonder if I made it too hot as the alcohol became more pronounced? Maybe it would have been better to warm it up to human skin... I drank it all up, so I couldn't compare any more...

bamboo shoots boiled, sliced, fermented, dried or preserved in salt, then soaked in hot water and sea salt When it is cooled down to a crisp, you can feel the aroma of maturity, and when it is on your tongue, the sourness and sweetness are gradually released. Delicious. When heated, it has a soft and gentle sweetness and a sourness at the end. It tastes even better when warmed. So it was heated in the mouth. Purchased on 10/25 at the opening of the brewery. It is a special limited edition sake made from Koshihikari rice and aged in a cool place in the brewery. I also enjoyed the explanation of the sake by the toji (master brewer). It is an attractive sake brewery, but access by public transportation is a hurdle.
