It's been quite a while since I've had a Miyoshigiku, and I should have learned a long time ago that I should drink ...... cups of sake a little faster (smiles). However, it's hard for me to evaluate the true taste when I do this, and I wonder where the thick flavor and slightly sour sweetness came from. ......Gaaaah! The tabs are tabs ahhh! This is the six hundred and seventeenth one-cup, one-pack festival.

It is said to be the oldest sake brewery in Chiba Prefecture, founded in 1624 in Kururi, a castle town in the province of Joso, and uses Kururi water, which is renowned for its quality. It's just a plain sake that's been left at room temperature, but it looks very old. And it is very rich. It has a few thick legs. This is the 606th one-cup, one-pack festival.

It is said that the name "Iori" was taken from one of the surnames of the third generation Iori Iya Ishichi, who started brewing sake in Kurashiki in the middle of the Edo period (1716). It has a slightly peculiar and tasty acidity. It is a dry sake with a slightly peculiar and delicious acidity, which becomes even richer when it is rolled over. The aroma on the nose is of fresh apples. The top aroma is of fresh apples, with a slightly colored liquid and a few thick legs after a lot of liquid has been produced.

The name of the brewery is ......, but Wazo Brewery is located in Futtsu and Shikanozan is in Kimitsu, so what? I wondered, but it seems that Ikeda Shuzo and the Hara family merged in 2006 to form Wazo Shuzo, and "Shikanoyama" seems to be the brand name of the Hara family in Kimitsu. Contrary to the raisin aroma (......), it is a dry sake. It is quite fresh. It has a lot of thin, inconspicuous legs. This is the sixty-fifth one-cup, one-pack festival.

This is another JA Hyogo Rokko PB product made from 100% Yamada Nishiki produced in Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture. It is a very well-rounded, rich, pure Daigin. It has an upfront aroma of alcohol and grapes. The palate is sweet and spicy. Happiness fills the mouth as it rolls across the tongue. The liquid is almost transparent, and the legs, which are numerous, disappear in a flash.

Very mellow, but strong. A good taste in the throat. Long aftertaste. Rather dry, with a slight bitterness that comes out if you let it roll around too much. Lots of fine legs. This is the 640th one-cup, one-pack festival bottle.

100% Yamada Nishiki produced in Sanda, Hyogo Prefecture. Unexpectedly, the mayor of some city said that "Sanda's rice tastes bad," but it seems that they have known each other since 1958, before Yamada-Nishiki became popular, when the agricultural cooperative (now JA Hyogo Rokko) sold Yamada-Nishiki to the Drunken Heart Yamane Honten. They had been using Omachi until then, but they started using Yamada Nishiki "in that case"! This is a PB product of JA Hyogo Rokko. Sanda City is located to the east of Miki City's Yoshikawa Town and Kato City, both of which are well-known for their special "A" districts. The rich, mellow sweetness that spreads to the palate. The spiciness keeps it from being too sweet. It is a sake that can be enjoyed in small sips for a long time.

Wakamatsuya, which once went out of business as a sake brewer, once had a back room and was named after its history as a secret meeting place for the feudal lords who aimed for the opening of Japan and the bloodless opening of Edo Castle to civilization. Thanks to its slightly effervescent taste, the first cup of sake was so good that I drank it all in one gulp. The acidity that comes out as the sake rolls down the throat, combined with the smooth sweetness when swallowed, makes it a dry sake that is very easy to drink. The almost colorless liquid and the thin, inconspicuous legs make it a very easy-drinking dry sake.

The name is said to be derived from "Koshigoe," the ancient name of the place where the warehouse is located, and "Goi," meaning an old well. It has a sweet taste with a hint of bitterness. It is quite bitter on the throat and tongue, and the dryness of the taste makes it very drinkable. It also has an unexpectedly strong taste. It has a slight yellowish color. Azumanada" is the name of the brewery's brand since its establishment, which was named to be the "Nada of the East" in contrast to the famous brewery "Nada" in the West. Incidentally, "Mikage-go" and "Uozaki-go" are located in Higashinada Ward, Kobe City, among the five Nada breweries in the west. The top aroma is of dried figs with sourness, but the attack is "Sour! The attack is "sour! The attack is "Sour!" The complex acidic flavor of the sake's yeast yeast yeast. The sweetness has been left behind, and this is a dry sake with a full-bodied and acidic flavor. The liquid has a slight yellowish tinge, and the legs are long and clear. When chilled, it is even spicier!

It is said that the name of the brewery was inspired by the idea of "sake with the fragrance of the East" or something. The founder trained at the Ino family, which produced the famous Tadataka, before opening the brewery. It is quite fruity on the palate. The attack is sweet, but when you roll it down and swallow it, you will find that it is not so sweet. Rather, the spiciness spreads gradually on the tongue as it rolls down. This is the 600th one-cup, one-pack festival.

The name is a combination of "Shocho," meaning a sign of good fortune, "Choshi," meaning a sake bottle, and "Choshi," meaning a sake bottle, and "Cho," meaning a sign of good fortune. The third generation created the brand name "Shocho" at the end of the Taisho era (1912-1926), and the two brands were sold together until the 1960s, but they were unified into "Shocho" from 1965 onward. It is characterized by its lack of distinctive features. It has a mild taste, but it is not particularly spicy, sweet, sour, or bitter. The spiciness gradually covers the tongue afterwards. It is rather a dry sake. This is the 599th one-cup, one-pack festival.
