Tonight, our first in the series, Aizu Otokoyama Kai from Fukushima Aizu ✨. First of all, the specs are 100% Fukunoka with Jungin polish and 16% alcohol. The aroma is clear with a hint of pineapple and a mojito-like flavor in the second half. The attack is soft and sweet just like the aroma, but soon the acidity and bitterness overtake it and it has a nice crisp finish 👍 It is perfect as a mealtime drink and is very easy to drink without feeling too much alcohol 😋.

Otokoyama Brewery is located in Aizumisato-cho, Onuma-gun, Fukushima Prefecture, which is different from Kaito Otokoyama. The brewery was dormant for a while, but has restarted again. It is a fresh, raw ogara-mi sake. It is slightly carbonated and tastes great with the bitterness of the oli.

Rice：Hachitan-Nishiki 50% polished rice produced in Hiroshima Prefecture Sake Degree: ±0 Acidity: 1.3 Amino acidity: 0.9 Body temperature: 16 degrees Celsius Tempura: No (must be refrigerated) A bottle that was tasted and welcomed at Uekiya Shoten in Aizu in the summer of 2025. It is tight, juicy, and fruity. I like this one because of its smooth sweetness. I'm always on the lookout for the type of sake I like, but there are so many that fall within the scope of what I like! I'd just be a bellicose person.

It's "Otokoyama" but it's very easy to drink! I was told, "It's very easy to drink! It is indeed easy to drink. Amanotsubu" rice is used as the base for the sake, and the brewer has put his passion for sake brewing and the skills he has learned into his craft into the sake. INOMATA65" is a special sake named after the toji. It has an elegant sweetness and umami that gently envelops you.

This special junmai sake was drunk at a corner store. It has no peculiarities and has a reassuring taste and aroma that one would associate with sake. The label is simple, but I think the use of color is stylish!

I went looking for a good liquor store on my trip to Nasu last month and found a liquor store in Shirakawa, Fukushima Prefecture, about 30 minutes by car: ❗️ They had a lot of sake from Fukushima. But they also had a lot of other kinds of sake, and all of them were the type of sake I like😃. I couldn't choose the best one so I bought 6 bottles while talking to the owner 😅. The owner was very personable and explained everything to me so I was able to enjoy choosing 😃❗️ This Aizu Otokoyama was one of the recommended bottles! The aroma is moderate and I felt a strong sweetness when I opened it, but it calmed down after 2 days and became easy to drink 😊. It became easy to drink 😊. Japanese sweetness and gentle taste. It is the type that goes well with meals👍 I thought of a sake shop in Fukushima ⁉️ on my trip to Nasu, but it's a lot of fun to go to a sake shop for the first time 😃.

Junmai-shu INOMATA65 Nama-shu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ingredients: 20% Aizu-produced Yumenokou (Koji rice), 79% Aizu-produced Amanotsubu (Kake rice) Polishing ratio 65% (flat polished rice) ALC 16 degrees It has a sweet aroma because it is a pure rice sake 😃.
