This special junmai sake was drunk at a corner store. It has no peculiarities and has a reassuring taste and aroma that one would associate with sake. The label is simple, but I think the use of color is stylish!

I went looking for a good liquor store on my trip to Nasu last month and found a liquor store in Shirakawa, Fukushima Prefecture, about 30 minutes by car: ❗️
They had a lot of sake from Fukushima.
But they also had a lot of other kinds of sake, and all of them were the type of sake I like😃.
I couldn't choose the best one so I bought 6 bottles while talking to the owner 😅.
The owner was very personable and explained everything to me so I was able to enjoy choosing 😃❗️
This Aizu Otokoyama was one of the recommended bottles!
The aroma is moderate and I felt a strong sweetness when I opened it, but it calmed down after 2 days and became easy to drink 😊.
