Rice used: Akebono from Okayama Prefecture, Gohyakumangoku from Niigata Prefecture, Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture
This is a new product from a local liquor store.
I thought it was a Toyama sake, but it turned out to be an Edo sake.
The acidity is strong, and there is a refreshing summery flavor.
The bitter and spicy aftertaste is also good.
The overall balance is not bad.
Sake from Tokyo is not to be underestimated ❗️
