It is not sake, This was delicious. ‼️ It is a blend of Kasagi's yuzu juice and "Onnajojo" ginjo sake. It is so thick and sweet that you would think it was juice, but you don't feel much alcohol. It has a nice aroma and the bitterness of the yuzu makes it refreshing and easy to drink. Not bad!

Sake from a brewery famous for Ryujinmaru. It has been a very long time since Kirakuri. After Shikishima, tkmts-san was drinking Ryujinmaru, and I wanted to try something of Takagaki-san's sake, so I chose Kirakuri. This time it was an unfiltered raw Nakadori. It has a caramelized taste with sweetness and a sense of maturity. It's just a coincidence that there is a succession of sakes with a sense of maturity, such as Washin, Shikishima, and Kirakuri.

I wanted to get Ryujinmaru, but they said it was not available now. They will sell it to anyone who comes to the store. I had it with cold sake. The color is clear and slightly yellow. The top aroma is of almonds, caramel, chocolate, and a little alcohol. The label on the back of the bottle says that it was fermented slowly and for a long time at a low temperature, so I guess it has an aged aroma. The taste is thick and voluminous with a grain-like flavor. There is also a good amount of acidity. There is an almond aroma that goes into the nose, an alcoholic aroma, and a guttural sake-like sensation in the throat. The alcohol content of 19 degrees comes later. After adding a bit of ice and water, the alcohol feeling is reduced and it becomes easier to drink. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 15%.

I bought it last year as a souvenir from Utsunomiya. It's been a while since I've had "out of the gate", but my taste buds have changed since the last time I had it, so I'm looking forward to it! When you open the bottle and pour it, it smells like citrus fruits and lychee. It is tasteless on the palate, but gradually the richness and mellowness of the rice comes out. The sweetness, spiciness, and astringency of the flavor are all present as soon as the lid is opened! Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has such a robust flavor that it may be served warm. The overtone is similar to that of "Shinkame" and gives the impression of a matured sake. The lingering aftertaste is well rounded as it quickly fades away. Overall, the shades of gray are exquisite, and the taste is quite interesting! In fact, the first sake I ever drank in my life was "Monkai Fude. I was actually the first person in my life to drink sake, and that drink at Kinugawa Onsen has led me to the present day.

I've always wanted to drink Taniizumi! I wasn't sure which one to choose, but on the other hand, it looks like the regular sake is harder to find, so I chose this one😃! It's a regular sake, but apparently it's Fukuroshibori! The first sip gave me the impression that it was a traditional sake☺️. Next was the Ryusen Yaezakura Junmai Sake Takumi no Omachi. Compared to the Yamada-Nishiki we drank earlier, the taste is a little more robust. The aroma is almost imperceptible, but the sweetness and umami of the flavor is stronger than that of Yamadanishiki.
