Slightly tangy, with a clean sweetness and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Disappears quickly and easily without leaving any residue on the palate
Serve it warm.
It was about 50 degrees Celsius, or more than 40 degrees Celsius, but not quite 60 degrees Celsius.
Not sure if it was the temperature of the sake itself or the temperature of the hot water.
The taste is milder.
The warmed sake gives off a strong alcohol taste on the nose.
The sweetness becomes stronger and it tastes like a lactic acid drink.
Might be tasty
Peach and basil salad
The sweetness of the peaches adds to the lactobacillus-like flavor of the warmed sake.
The tofu salad with tofu also has a more pronounced bean aroma than when served cold.
I thought this kind of sake was only for cold drinks, but it's a new discovery that it tastes great warmed up!

Good evening!
I thought that this kind of tangy and fresh sake was supposed to be served cold as a matter of course, so it was an eye-opener to know that it is delicious even when served warm 😳.
I'm looking forward to the coming season.
