I am a fan of Mine no Yuki's old sake, but bought this one from the summer sake lineup. It was a delicious sake with a crisp and ricey taste.
I think it would be delicious heated, but I prefer it cold this time of year.
Dry for Aizu? Even though it is a summer sake? Even though it's a draft sake?
Some sort of tanginess? Sourness? Sourness? But it is a strange sake that is drinkable.
It is a strange sake that can be drunk more than other sake despite its 15% alcohol content.
This is the first brand I've ever had.
Fruity but also mellow.
It can be used both before and during meals!
The Junmai and 55% polished rice ratio is a bargain.
Special Junmai🍶Akiagari🍁.
Rich in umami. Wasanbon type sweetness. Not persistent. Gentleness. ☺️ Spicy and crisp with dumplings.
Aizu/Kitakata Ramen Aizuna @ Jujo 20241027
This is my first time at Yamatoya Zennai.
I had it with cold sake 🍶.
The first aroma is a slightly gorgeous sweet aroma.
It has a rich, juicy, sweet and umami flavor in the mouth.
It was quite tasty and worth drinking 🍶✨️
☀️
Sweet and full-bodied flavor.
Not too strong, not too light.
Overall, it's a little on the refreshing side 😄.
A sweet collaboration when combined with saikyo-yaki cod ☺️
It brings out the flavor of the fish 🐟.
