Sake from Aizu is good after all.
After Loman and Miyazumi, this one also has a pleasant, elegant melon aroma and sharpness. It may be a little too sharp. It would be good if it were brewed by another brewer. I feel it has potential.
Nice to meet you sake🍶.
A refreshing sake with a refreshing acidity, richness and sharpness, yet easy to drink.
Chilled tofu with olive oil as a side dish
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and umami of the rice spreads. Well-integrated sake. It is beautiful, light, and easy to drink. It is not unique, but that is why it goes well with food.
I am a fan of Mine no Yuki's old sake, but bought this one from the summer sake lineup. It was a delicious sake with a crisp and ricey taste.
I think it would be delicious heated, but I prefer it cold this time of year.
Dry for Aizu? Even though it is a summer sake? Even though it's a draft sake?
Some sort of tanginess? Sourness? Sourness? But it is a strange sake that is drinkable.
It is a strange sake that can be drunk more than other sake despite its 15% alcohol content.
