#Hamamatsu# Nagura Sake Shop On the second day back to my parents' house, I first visited Kakegawa's 🍶. We went to a local liquor store and bought a bottle of spring limited edition sake. First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁. I was told that it's good to drink it cold, so I made it very cold ❄️❄️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, probably because it was chilled... When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the coldness and the richness of the flavor. And a good amount of spiciness... It's delicious, I can drink it easily 😆😆😆.

I bought it because a liquor store in my neighborhood started handling Tajima. I was surprised at how fruity it was. It is fresh, moderately sweet, and delicious. It is a more modern sake than I expected. After drinking this after the first time, it feels more like a sake 🤔.

I went to the supermarket because I wanted a drink for the evening to drink while watching the opening game of the Premier League. I bought a bottle of Kihei's Omachi, a sake made by the Shizuoka brewery, expecting to like it as much as I liked the gorgeous Omachi. It was not what I had imagined, it was more like a classic Shizuoka sake. It is very light and dry.

This year, the rice used for the sake has been replaced by 2038 Honorific Fuji, and the label has been redesigned. When you drink it, there is a distinct sweetness at first, but the bitterness comes later and disappears. It has a sweet taste, but it is dry. The Nouveau chosen by the owner this year was expensive... but he said he had no choice because of the weak yen and the international situation.

At home. Nara Sake without permission, 12th stage ~‼️ Kubo Honke, a long-established sake brewery in Uda City, Nara Prefecture ~ ‼️ Hatsukasumi and this Soriryu are famous brands. The baseball club team that my sons took care of when they were in junior high school was located in Uda, and this is a nostalgic place where we used to go every weekend. We used to pass by the brewery we visited this time, but this is the first time we visited there. It is called "Sake Brewery Street," but it is really a quiet street. And the taste of the sake.... There is not much aroma, and although you can feel the alcohol in your mouth, the dryness is not so high and the sake is easy to drink. I imagined it would be a dry sake for the experts because it is from a long-established sake brewery, but to my surprise, it is moderately drunk and has a refreshing taste. 7/10 Assemblage 5 with a "I can't write anymore" feeling. So this means I drank from 2 to 5. The taste is definitely different from 3 and 4, but the image of complexity with layers of flavor remains the same. There is no doubt that it is an interesting sake, and I understand that it is unique. If I were to speak of simple preference, the reserve was delicious. I hope that this sake will continue to be a Toyama sake without becoming too rounded.
