Here's the sake, a big issue 馽(hodashi). It has a cool and refreshing taste. I wondered if it would go well with gibier dishes, Ezo-shika deer has no smell at all and is tender and delicious🤣. The combination made us groan ✨.

The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃. We were honored to have the opportunity to visit the Umaue Sake Brewery in Hiroshima ❗It's a rare sake to drink, and we had to have another one 😉. So this one is made with Ginpu! The other "Hodashi" is made with Kitashizuku and they are offering a sake that will make the people of Hokkaido happy 🎵Sounds great ✨. It's still dry and refreshing ❗It's the kind of sake that will flow well with very fatty meats 😋.

I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The rice is 100% Shukumei. It's fruity at first, but at the end, it hits you hard. It was easier to drink Gohyakumangoku, a special junmai, but I thought it had a common taste and passed it up. This one has more character. It is fruity and dry.

First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa! It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake. The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑. However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious! This is a sake that should not be chilled, but lukewarm heating might be good too🤔. I'm so glad I bought it in the end ☺️.

A fellow triathlete was at Daimaru in Kyoto, A triathlete friend of mine was at Daimaru in Kyoto and bought it on the recommendation of the clerk. He asked me to come over to his house to drink it 🍾. If we're going to drink, let's practice first ⤴︎ So 🏊&🚲&🏃♂️ practice and then party 🍻. It's aged well and colored perfectly ✨. But I can say with certainty that it's not something you can just slurp down on a tired body, I'm sure it's not something you can just chug down 🤣. Best to drink it dry 😅.

We opened a bottle at the office. This is the first time we have had "Shirasagi no Shiro", another name for Himeji Castle. At first I drank it at room temperature, and from the second glass I drank it on the rocks, and I could feel the gentle sweetness of the sake. The taste reminded me of Tengu Mai's Yamahai brewing. I'd like to try it warmed.

The location changed and we went to Hyogo Sake EXPO 2022, a local sake event in Hyogo, at Kobe Hankyu. I tasted a regular product, a draft version. I had tasted the hi-ire version before, so I wondered what the draft version was like. It was easier to drink than the hi-ire version, but not to my taste. I prefer the Shirasagi no Shiro (castle of the egret), which is made with Nojoho.

The only place I can think of that uses Nojoho is Okutanba. The overall impression is gentle and the taste comes slowly. It looks like wood, grass, or herb. It also has a classy atmosphere. The sake here is not my favorite, but when I find it, I buy it for some reason.

Asahi Chrysanthemum brought back from the Obon cemetery bullet tour. This is the first brand of Asahi Kiku. After all, it is a Kyushu sake, so it is hard to find it in Tohoku. The aroma is almost unrecognizable. The mouthfeel is clean and dry, but with enough umami to satisfy the taste buds. It has a classical impression.
