Closing out the drinks we had last weekend 😆. Smell good 😌. The Mikotsuru was quite rich and sweet, so I felt a lot of sourness when I took a sip 😳. The more I drank, the more umami and the sourness and aliveness were also good 👍 I can feel the strong aroma of the barrels! Is this a dry wine? and Nobby Well, I guess it's umakuchi. It is labeled 18 degrees, but you don't feel it. I thought it would have been better if it was warmed up to lukewarm 🤔 I thought so later, but I finished it before I realized it 😆. But I drank a little too much from Thursday to the weekend 😓. I'll enjoy a quiet rest day for the first half of this week 😮💨.

Tonight, I'm opening a bottle of the first bottle of Masamune instrument for the weekend dinner because it's so good it's about to run out 💁. Shikishima Light Nigori Nama Sake 2022BY Back on the nigori road a bit, but again it's almost a year old 😅. When I opened the bottle, I could hear the gas escaping with a nice sound. The aroma is mainly chemically aromatic, with a hint of greffle skin and a little bit of maturity. The mouthfeel changes from sourness and citrus bitterness to bitterness, umami, and spiciness. The alcohol content is 18%, so it has quite a punch, but the sweetness and umami from the aging process gives the impression that it is more rounded. It's good that the lees are so cloudy and the umami and richness is so much better 😊.

The aroma is a bit of a gorgeous ginjo aroma😊The mouthfeel is smooth and the sweetness and umami of the rice is elegant in the mouth 😘The aftertaste is short and disappears quickly 😚👍. (The best way to get the most out of this product is to visit 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought this at a liquor store on my way back from a visit to a grave in Fukui Prefecture 🙋I bought it because it was reviewed on youtube by Ishikawa's world famous Hoshitaro. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

I had a course, a la carte and various other dishes, all of them were very delicious and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the food, so I found a good restaurant ✨I will have to go back in the future

Another bottle I bought at Hasegawa-san in Tokyo station. The first time for Otokoyama-san in Yamagata This is also the original label of Hasegawa-san. The rice used is Miyamanishiki, so it's the same as "Junmai-shu Gold Label". Anyway, it was a delicious sake with a lot of fullness. There is a slight astringency in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is clean, with a watery sensation and a nice clean finish. There is a distinctive sweet aroma. It is a mellow, sweet sake, and you can sense the careful craftsmanship. Later I looked it up and found the word "Toyobai" 😳. I didn't realize it was so 😚.

先月池亀を飲んで黒兜も飲んでみたいなー🙄なんて投稿をしていたのですが、次の日の青山三河屋のインスタに黒兜入荷の告知が😂 早速買ってまいりました。この時期限定の生酒で最近流行りの白麹でも紅麹でもなく黒麹を使っているそうです。上立ち香はほんのりイチゴのシロップ🍓のような甘い香り。口に含むと綺麗な酸味に透明感のある甘味と旨味。仄かな甘味を感じながらスッとキレていく感じ。池亀のお酒は2本目ですが、ここのお酒は透明感をすごく感じますね。美味しかったです🍶✨🐢
