I was curious about this sake when I saw it on Sake no Wa before. It was given to me as a present by chance. It has a spreading umami and a bitter finish. It was a delicious sake. The "Recommended for you" list has become full of Hokkaido sake 😀.

Purchased with Ayagiku at Okura Sake Shop. It has a gentle sweetness and is refreshing. The acidity gives the impression of a tightening effect. I heard that they also have a draft sake, so I would like to try it. I wonder if I can buy all the sake introduced in dancyu.

Hana-Shume," a sake from a revived brewery in Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, which was featured on Tokoro-san's "Laughing at You" last fall. We were lucky enough to get an assortment set (❓trial set) of 3 sake for souvenirs, so we compared them! Here is the next one! Hanashoumi Special Junmai (orange label) The aroma is also slightly citrus 🍊. On the palate, the four tastes of sweetness, umami, bitterness and acidity are beautifully balanced. This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place. According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Nihonbare and Yamadanishiki. The lees are submerged and when mixed, it is slightly effervescent and petite. Slightly sweet and bitter. I wonder if it is better to drink it while it has gas? Once the gas is gone, the bitterness will make it hard to drink 🤔. I wonder if it would be sweeter to drink the alcohol by itself?

OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023 It is a very crisp, dry, deep-flavored Ajiginjo. The aroma is subtle. The mellowness is more apparent in junmai sake. This is also a good sake. My favorite Chiba sake "Iwanoi" is brewed with ultra-hard water (hardness 240). It has the delicious flavor of Omachi and the moderate bitterness and sharpness of hard water! #Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

Mie Sake Enjoyment Party (3) The booth of Iseman & Okagesama Co. I have never seen this brand in Osaka. That's no wonder, as they do not sell their products outside of Ise-Shima. The brewery originally made shochu (distilled spirit), and now they also make whiskey and gin by utilizing their distilling technology, but the amount of sake they make is very small. The brewery is located on the OHARAIMACHI street of the Inner Shrine of Ise, and tastings are available. Whisky and other spirits are made at the head office in Ise City. ◉Okagesama Junmai Ginjo Kami no Ho A very good sake, with a rich, sweet rice flavor and a lingering bitter and astringent finish. ◉Okagesama Daiginjo A little dry. The taste is quite refreshing, with a slight bitterness on the finish. ◉Okagesama Junmai Daiginjo The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is sweet and sour. This is my favorite type. I remember that bouken-san had been to the brewery before. When I told him that I came from Osaka, he was surprised and told me a lot of stories, so I decided to go with that strategy.

The second drink at Marukoma was my first "Koshu". It is light and crisp with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. The second sake was "Koshu", which is also from Niigata but has a different flavor from the "Hokusetsu" that we drank for the first sake 🎵.
