I drank it for the first time in about three years.
The rice is Yamadanishiki and Hyogo Yume Nishiki from the special A district Yoshikawa.
Unlike past sakes, it has a gaseous and clean taste. I wonder if it is the effect of the gravity system and the Shin-Gin rice polishing.
It is gorgeous and sweet, but I think I prefer the Shippo series.
I haven't tried all of their products, but I think their sweetness and gorgeousness are the best among Banshu Issen's products.
But Banshu Issen tastes good no matter what you drink.
I would like to try some of the local products in the future 🤔.
