I drank Kaze no Mori for the first time.
My first impression immediately upon opening the bottle was that it was pleasantly gassy and rummy. There is also a slight sweetness and a well-balanced acidity, and for the price, the cosmetics are excellent.
I paired it with tonight's menu, a chicken and vegetable miso nabe, but I think it goes well with just about anything.
