ヤスベェMy hard-to-find sake (3)
Today I opened a bottle of Jikkai draft 😀.
In my case, Jikin really depends on the luck of the draw 🤣.
Last year I tried 5 times and won 4-1, which is a high percentage, but the only raw was nigori 🤣.
This year I've tried 3 times and won 2-1, still a high probability 😇.
And this time it was Yamada Nishiki raw 😀.
First, as promised, we started drinking with a "Sieg Jikkai" 😀.
The comparison of the two, Yonotori, Izumi, and Jikin...............................it's a great picture 🤣.
Of course I don't dare to compare with Yonotori because they are different from each other 😅... but I still find it hard to say which one is better 😅.
The Jikin is slightly better in aroma, but both are wonderfully balanced in taste 😀.
Jikin for its gorgeous balance, and Ⅱ for its calm balance 🤣.
I was the happiest one to be able to compare them together ❤️
