Drinking.
Last year's cold chrysanthemum 39
The taste is so refreshing that even people who have never had sake before can enjoy it.
But the impact of the snowman was too big and hazy

It's been a while since I've posted 💦.
I haven't had any sake at all, coupled with being sick, but it's been a while since I've had a real drink at a drinking party!
I was curious about this sake because it was said to be a "kamishige daruma" (a sake brewed using a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast).
When I opened the bottle, it had a stronger sizzling sensation than last year!
When I drank it, it was so carbonated that it was like a Calpis soda!
It goes well with meat dishes and is delicious 😋.

Good morning, Satou-san.
I see you have been ill 💧.
I didn't realize your return was for drinking 😲.
It's also delicious here at Sake no Wa 🎵.
You made your comeback bloom ⤴️
Take care of yourself😊.
At an izakaya a while ago!
I've been lucky enough to have a chance to drink some Jyushiro recently, so it's good to be able to compare the two.
Better than Aizan!
Futanohiki > Orikarami = Sake Mirai > Hakutsuru-nishiki = Aizan
(If you like sweeter, I guess Orikarami > Sake Mirai)
This is a special order of Kuheiji!
When you drink it, there is no bitterness or acidity, and the original umami of the rice comes to the fore despite the 35% ratio!
The umami of the rice lingers in the aftertaste even after the drink is over!
Personally, I prefer fruity sake, so this is not my cup of choice, but I think it is delicious and highly complete as a sake!
I think it's a good bottle to try at least once!

Cosmos drank at Daigo!
I haven't had it since I first started liking sake lol.
When I drank it, it was slightly carbonated and the aroma of the wooden vat was in my nose! And a little bit of sweetness!
I knew Shinmasa's colors was good 😋.
I drank Viridian as well as Cosmos, which I didn't take a picture of, but I personally preferred Viridian because it was more beautifully put together!

I could have purchased it this season, but it was in the all-you-can-drink section, so I flipped💦.
There was some alcohol, and when I drank it, there was almost no sweetness, sourness bitterness!
It would have been interesting to have a comparison of the draft and fire-aged versions of this as well💦.

I went to Kanazawa Daigo for a long time!
I was surprised to see the menu! What is classified as a rare sake in an izakaya is all-you-can-drink 😳!
Even the Tojo Yamadanishiki from Jikin is all you can drink lol!
The menu also had some 💦 but they were out of stock.
The aroma was very nice (though not as sweet or fragrant as the Senbon-Nishiki), and the alcohol was not too strong in the mouth, making it a good sake to go with any meal! (If I were greedy, I would have liked to compare it with Yoshikawa Yamada)
(I wish I could have compared it with Yoshikawa Yamada) This class of sake is too good to be unlimited 😱I would go there once a month if it were near me💦.

Hi Satou 😃.
Daigo 😍we would love to go there at least once 🥹I knew it was a great restaurant 😳.
I hope we manage to get there before the end of the year!
Hi Jay & Nobby😃
I was surprised at the amount of brands available for all-you-can-drink!
However, when we went there, many of the drinks were out of stock, so if you go during the new sake season, I would recommend that time of year as I think the food and sake will be delicious!
I've been cutting back on my sake drinking lately and have been slacking on my updates (I've been flirting with non-fattening highballs💦).
At a sake party, I had a bottle of Jyushiyo Sangyo!
It was a different kind of sake when I drank it 💦The group included Nizaemon and Jyushidai extra, but it was still No. 1 when I drank it. ☝️
Regardless of the temperature range, the roundness, softness, mouthfeel, and throat feel were all top notch!
I was reminded of how interesting it is that even within the Jyushidai range, there are different flavors!
It was the most delicious of the season!
Souhiki > Orikarami > Hakutsuru-nishiki = Aizan, I think!
Hi Satou 😃.
Summer means more beer🍺 and highballs🥃 🤗 but it's been a while since I've had a star-studded sake🍶 🤩 and I think I'm going to be a sake drinker all over again😙.
Hi Jay & Nobby
I'm not a big fan of highballs in the summer 💦I'm into highballs and have recently become a highball person 🍺I'm sorry I can't like your posts, but I'll get back to it soon enough.
Until now, "extra" has been Snow Goddess, but from this year? Hakutsuru Nishiki extra ver!
I am new to Hakutsuru-nishiki, so I can't evaluate it well, but when I drank it, I was reminded that it is a Jyushidai!
However, in a drinking comparison with Souki, it lost out!
Nizaemon in 2022 at a sake party!
It was the first time for me to drink Nizaemon and I did not expect it to be two years old, but when I drank it, I found it to be a beautiful drink with no hint of alcohol and a slight edge to the finish. It was a bit sharp. However, it is not an unpleasant accent, but rather an accent!
Considering the price, I guess it is no surprise that the quality is this good. I would like to have it again if I have a chance (although I would not buy it myself).

This is the middle of the year R5, which is a different year!
I wasn't aware of it, but the rice polishing ratio has increased to 50% (🌾) compared to R4 (does that mean it's now Junmai Daiginjo class?). (Does that mean it is now Junmai Daiginjo class?) The alcohol content has also gone down.
Both the supernatant and the lees are delicious 😋.
You can also feel the freshness of the rough running!
I can't stop buying 💦.

This is a limited-edition bottling of Tenmei!
The back label says Fukunoka and sake brewing rice, but the front label says Yume x Fuku, so it is probably made with Yume no Kou!
The leap bottle was delicious, so we opened the bottle with great anticipation!
The aroma is subdued, and there is almost no top-fragrance!
The aroma is subdued, and there is almost no top-fragrance! The aroma is crisp, but the fragrance spreads in the mouth!
It's just not as good as the Leap No. 1 Do-bin 💦 my expectations were too high.

A bottle I brought to a drinking party at a friend's house! Hachitan-Nishiki polished 40% Orikara
When opened, the pineapple aroma is subdued.
When I drank it, I could taste a little bit of miscellaneous flavors, but it was not bothersome.
The key impression is a strong acidity, which can be felt only a little after drinking!
When the lees are mixed, the alcohol taste becomes stronger, but there is no significant change!
Compared to Gohyakumangoku and Sake Musashi, it seems to have more potential from the first day, but I wonder if it is inferior to directly pumped Hachikan-nishiki and Ginpu💦.
I'm looking forward to seeing how it opens up from tomorrow onwards 😊.
3.8-4.0/5 (first day)
PS: Drinking it on the third day, the acidity is moderate and the pineapple aroma is predominant, but along with it, the pineapple aroma is a bit more subdued!
Military preference for the most recently drank Ginpu!
The long awaited Sakyami!
I was finally able to purchase it on my second visit to a liquor store in Tochigi! I was not able to choose the type of sake because it was the only one they had 💦.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was just like Hana-yosu with a hint of pineapple 🍍.
When I drank it, it was not sweet and had a sharp taste!
I imagine that the sweetness of the Hana-yosu has been replaced by a sharpness, and it might be good as a food sake!
If it is available near me, I may repeat it!

Jay & Nobby! Hello, it's been a while!
It's that liquor store in Otawara😄
I've been told that it looks like hana-yosu, and I finally got my wish and got to drink it!
I think it's a good sake to try once, so please do!
Extra Edition!
Houou Mita's limited time only mashed grapes!
When you drink it, you will find it is grape juice itself!
It is aptly named "Adult Grape Juice" as it has an alcoholic aftertaste!
If you turn it upside down, you can see a lot of rough grape pulp in the glass 😳.
I tried mixing it with milk like a melon, but I would recommend leaving it as it is as it loses the aroma and flavor of the grapes!
This is the first time I've tasted San-do's Hozu Gonojo, but the description from the liquor store says it's different from the usual Gonojo!
The acidity is said to be 3.8 or higher!
When I removed the plastic outer frame to open the bottle immediately, the crown went vigorously to the ceiling 😳 (thank goodness it didn't hit the lighting💦).
When I poured it into the glass, the carbonation followed the wall surface, but it wasn't as sizzling as it was in my mouth!
I thought it might have a strong acidity, but personally I don't think it's that strong (maybe stronger than Sanzu Yamadanishiki, but not as strong as Yamada Nishiki)! )
It was easy to drink with low alcohol content and was quickly consumed!
Thank you very much for the sake!

At a BBQ!
I usually don't drink Fukushima Prefecture's sake, except for O, etc., but it was recommended to me, so I tried it!
The water is really cold in the lower temperature range! I can see why people keep drinking it!
It may not be accurate because of the time that has passed since it was corked!

Good evening, nabe-san!
I tend to avoid Fukushima sake because I prefer a lighter taste, but when I try Aizu Shikon, I am sometimes surprised by the taste.
This bottle was recommended by the liquor store!
There were also purple and yellow Takachiyo, but we decided to pick up this one, of which we were told there were only a few in stock!
Each color in the Takachiyo (hiragana) series is associated with a fruit, and in this case it was strawberry.
It has a fizzy, summery, low-alcohol taste that makes it easy to drink! However, it was far from strawberry 💦.
I was drinking it thinking this is delicious but not strawberry lol.
But as the temperature range rises, the carbonation disappears and the taste becomes rounder, and the sweetness is followed by a sourness that is just like the sweetness and sourness of strawberries!
This surprised me 🫢.
It was one that made me want to try other takachiyos as well!

Hana-yoku Ginpu was released today at the brewery! (Lined up in the blazing sun to buy 😵💫)
(I stood in line in the blazing sun to buy it.) I opened the bottle without much expectation because I didn't like the last bottle of Ginpu compared to Miyamanishiki.
The taste is not as sweet as Miyamanishiki, but it is similar to Miyamanishiki and Hachitanishiki!
No bitterness or sourness, just pineapple 🍍.
The difference is obvious when compared to Gohyakumangoku!
Looking forward to see what happens from here as the days go by😊.
A few days after opening, all but the sweetness was gone and the pineapple aroma was left behind and it became the Hana-yori!
But still, the difference between last year and this year is too big 💦 maybe it's the rice's resistance to dissolving?
