Finally, from today onwards, all the sake will be nigori (nigori is the Japanese term for a type of sake) 😀.
Today we opened a bottle of Kido's nigori 😀.
We will compare the nigori of Kasumikuchiman and Naraman and the fuyu of Harada 😀.
I also made the fuyu lukewarm 😀.
Kido's nigori is the sake that made our family a nigori sake fan last year, and even after a year, the fruity taste hasn't changed 😀.
I really think it is the best sake in terms of cost performance 😀.
Another surprise was the Harada Fuyu lukewarm 😀.
All the curds from the hiya were removed and it became round, sweet and delicious 😀.
I definitely recommend heating Harada Fuyu to lukewarm 😀.
Finally, our secret weapon for making heated sake has arrived at our house 😀!
It's an electric warming bot that can keep the temperature at 75 degrees Celsius 😀.
It's also great to make lukewarm sake with it 😀.
