After the Nabeshima sake comparison was successfully completed, I chose Sakune new sake 😀 .
We compared Nabeshima New Moon and Jun Daidai Tashizuku 😀.
I chose this sake from the fridge because I thought it was the only sake that would be competitive with the two Nabeshima's 😀 It has a solid taste and is delicious 😀.
It is a delicious sake with a strong taste 😀.
However, I think the taste is too strong compared to Nabeshima's two bottles 🤣.
But for some reason, this sake is new but it's not raw 😅.
So I tried heating it up to lukewarm 😀.
Hi...it tasted different 😀.
When I had it cold, it had a very sharp new sake impression, but as soon as I heated it up, it became rounder and the taste calmed down 😀.
It's fun to see the changes in sake 😀.
