bouken
The color is like beer. The aroma is like barley tea or hojicha with a hint of sweetness. It also has a coffee-like flavor.
When you drink it, it is bitter with a hint of sweetness. It is gassy, barley-like, and sweet, like Mekkol (anyone know what I'm talking about?). Who can tell?)
Sake? It tastes like sake, but I personally like it.
When the gas is gone, it tastes bitter and hard to drink...
The sweetness also seems to have diminished.
It also tastes a little like soybean flour.

Mr. Bouken.
Good evening.
I have the impression that the ALPHA series of Kaze no Mori has different pros and cons! I'll have to try it.

Good evening, bouken😄.
I was curious about the amorphous process but failed to buy it 🥹.
Kaze no Mori roasts rice in reference to their collaborator Nara Brewery's beer, and Nara Brewery uses soyashi water in their beer brewing 😊.

Good evening, Mr. Koizo 😃
ALPHA 2 and 6 are suitable for everyone, but the others are more experimental and may be different for different tastes 🤔.
I think the other ones are experimental or different for different tastes 🤔.

Good evening Mr. Aladdin😃.
I'm interested to see what kind of review you will write 😊I've only had Nara Brewing's beer in the Nara Club collaboration, so I'm curious to see what else they have 🍺.
