Today was a welcome party for new employees and we had all-you-can-drink party 😀. However, Kaorin has issued a ban on drinking all-you-can-drink sake because it makes me feel really bad 🤣. I survived the all-you-can-drink with only highballs, so I will have a delicious nigori sake at home 😀. Spring Nigorinpic 52 In spring, there are a little less nigori sake than in winter, but for this Spring Nigorinpick, we chose 30 sake selections as shown in the 4th picture 🤣. There are quite a few left over from the winter Nigorinpik 🤣. I decided to choose a sake with low alcohol content, easy to drink and tasty... so I chose Ozeyuki's Peach Color Nigori for this evening 😇. I also got the supernatant, which was not too different from the nigori, but tasted delicious and fruity😇. It's a highball and has quite a bit of alcohol in it, but still at 10% alcohol, I can drink more and more😇. It has been a long time since I was able to drink this low-alcohol sweet and fruity sake, but I was able to enjoy it even after returning from an all-you-can-drink trip😇.

I passed the 600 check-in yesterday without incident, so today I will resume the Nigorinpic again 😀. Spring Nigorinpic 51 (I'll make it a consecutive number from the Winter Nigorinpic) 🤣 I will start the Spring Nigorinpic with the second nigori of the season 🤣. Actually, after I used the points I saved up by standing in line for 2 hours to get a bottle of Jikin's nigori that I really wanted to drink, I applied for it at a liquor store where I often apply for lottery Jikin, and I won and the second bottle came to my house 😇. I really do have good luck with lottery tickets for Jikin. I told Kaorin that I was going to drink Jikin's nigori again today, and she prepared yakiniku for dinner 🤣. Nigori and Yakiniku go well together after all😇 It went better with Yakiniku than Jikin's Aizan Hi-iri which we drank together 😀. It was a very luxurious home yakiniku sake drinking experience 😀.

The second bottle is our family's standard sake "AKABU" 🍶. This time we chose Omachi. I'm not an omatist myself, but I brought this one along because it was AKABU. The bottle was opened with great vigor. The aroma is fruity, and when you pour it into your mouth, it has a beautiful mouthfeel, and the acidity you get from Omachi rice is just right. It is definitely a bottle of deliciousness ❗️ that Mrs. Kurokawa praised, and she is more and more captivated by AKABU 😊. I have a feeling that there will be more opportunities for me to go out again since it is a brand that is not available locally 😱.

Winter Nigorinpic 50 We have finally reached the big 50 bottles of Nigorinpick 😇! At this point, I checked the Japanese cellar and the Sake Reizo, and there are still 23 bottles of nigori type sake left 🤣. So we will end the Winter Nigorinpik today and hold the Spring Nigorinpik in the near future 😇. The freshness and fruitiness of the brewer's freshly made brews is unmatched 😀. It was a delicious sake that was a perfect way to end the Winter Nigorinpik 😇. Thanks to the Nigorinpic, we have a lot of clear sake left that we haven't had a chance to drink yet, so we'll do our best to open the bottle 😇.

Winter Nigorinpic 44 I forgot to mention that I visited Aoya Plum Grove the other day with my bento and this Isshaku Suisei Sasanigori before visiting Joyo Sake Brewery in Kyoto 🤣. I had heard that the plum festival would start the next week, so I thought I could see a few plums, but unfortunately I only saw a few branches 😅. This Isshuikusuisei Sasanigori was a delicious sake with a robust flavor and fullness, but what surprised me even more was the great value for money 🤣. What surprised me even more was the great value for money 🤣 What a surprise that such a delicious Sasanigori Special Junmai was priced at 1400 yen! I feel like I got a great deal 😇

Today's Spring Sake 🍶 is Light Nigori of "Tenbi". Since we took the trouble to bring it with us, we opened the bottle at ❗️ in a timely manner. The first thing to notice is the aroma...it is not that fruity, but a little alcoholic, and the first sip of the supernatant is a little sour and refreshing. The top clear sip was a little sour and refreshing. After mixing and stirring, the first sourness fades and the sweetness is gone, leaving a clean and crisp taste. As you continue drinking, the sweetness and umami spread in your mouth in a good balance 🥰. It's so good that if you keep on drinking it, you'll get drunk in no time 😱. If I get drunk before commenting, I'll forget the taste, so I'll take a short break to comment 😅. This pause brings me back to myself and I close the bottle in moderation😅. If I keep drinking like this, the bottle will be empty in one night😅. I have to work tomorrow, so I'll call it a day 😋.

Today is 2 days before the anniversary of my mother's death😅 That means it's my and Kaorin's 10th wedding anniversary ㊗️ Exactly 10 years ago, my mother was in critical condition, so I rushed to register my marriage with Kaorin and reported it to my mother and could see her relieved face 😀. But that was the last conversation I had with my mother 🥲. I was divorced and single at that time, so I hope my mother was a little relieved ❓😅. Aside from that, I opened a bottle of Jikin-san today as a thank you to my wife😇. Actually, I have really bad luck with lotteries, but for some reason, I only have good luck with Jikin-san 😇. The store owner was surprised that I won again 🤣. Thankfully, I have 5 bottles of Jikin in my house, but today I got the oldest one, Senbon-Nishiki Hi-iri, which was made in August last year😇. I was so surprised to find out that I have 5 bottles of Jikin in storage at the moment, but today I had the oldest bottle, which was made in August last year and is called Senbon Nishiki Hiiri.

Winter Nigorinpic 28 If we are going to hold the Nigorinpik, we can't miss Hououmida-san. I chose Hououmida's Akaban Kasumi Sake 😀. I've had a few bottles of Hououmida, but this is my first time with Akaban Kasumi 🤣. It has a nice fruity aroma, as expected of a junodai 😀. I always leave it in the room for a while to let the supernatant and the mixture come to room temperature before drinking, but the room is filled with the fruity aroma😇. When I put it in my mouth, melon came first, followed by bitter and pungent taste 😀. As expected of Hououmida, the balance is very good 😀. I think it's because of nigori that I feel the rice flavor more strongly than usual Hououmida ❓🤣. But we love nigori, so we prefer this nigori to the regular one 😇.

Winter Nigorinpic 21 This is the first Tengu Mai I've ever had, and actually the first Tengu Mai I've ever had other than nigori 🤣. Just hearing the name Tengu Mai, I had a strong feeling that it was a great sake 😅. I thought I could handle nigori sake, so this is my first Tengu Mai 😇. You can't really tell from the picture, but about a third of the bottle is precipitated by the ori 🤣. It's almost like a dobrok 😅. Even with this much sedimentation, I was able to get the supernatant 😀. The supernatant was a solid sake with the atmosphere of Tengu Mai, which is a traditional sake made in the mountains 😀. As soon as it was mixed with the ori, it transformed into a completely different sake 🤣. I was really surprised to see such a change in sake for the first time 🤣‼️ It was a very smooth and not so sweet amazake with a strong alcohol content 🤣. I've never had a sake with such a different taste from the supernatant, and I've never had a sake with this flavor either, so I'm surprised 😀. I was surprised that I've never tasted such a different sake before 😀 But it was the famous Tengumai that you can't smell the aroma when pouring it with Junmai, but when you drink it, you can even taste the ginjo aroma in the robust flavor😇.

Winter Nigorinpic 20 Finally, the Nigorinpik has reached its 20th bottle 😇! Of course, this is the first time for me to drink Ozeyuki's light nigori 😀. It has a fruity aroma that is typical of junodai, but the taste is also fruity and melon-like 😀. The label of this Ozeyuki was a very beautiful green color, so the image of the label may have pulled me in 🤣.

Hi, HinaHanaMama 😀 The liquor store I frequent has had it in stock for a long time and I hesitated a few times before finally buying it 🤣. I started nigori stocking early so my fridge was full and I pretty much gave up on some of the sake 😅.

Winter Nigorinpic 16 I was reading the posts of many people on Sake-no-wa and many of them said that sake with a hole in the bottle tastes better if you open the bottle as soon as possible. I had this sake last year and it is still as delicious as ever this year😇. The delicious fruitiness spread in my mouth 😀. Kangiku's nigorigo is another delicious sake that I want to drink every year😇.

Winter Nigorinpik 13 Today we open a bottle of Hirotogawa's nigori. I was not able to get this sake last year because the release date of Hirotogawa Nigori-ne near my office did not coincide with the day I went to the store, so I never went to the store on the few times it was in stock 🤣. I knew it was good from your posts but I had my fingers in my mouth for a year 😅. I finally got it for the first time this year and drank it for the first time😇 It tasted similar to Jikin Nigori. It tasted similar to Jikin Nigori but with more delicious fruitiness 🤣. Of course, the fact that it was opened later than the Jikin may have made it taste more fruity, but it was just as delicious as rumored 😇

Winter Nigorinpic 4️⃣ Merry Xmas💕 As a white lees and bubbles Christmas, I would like to decide on these three bottles for the next three days starting today 😀. On the first day, the only Christmas nigori bubbles that came to mind was this Ichihaku Suisei😇. Unfortunately, this sake is only available in Sandeshi, so with Kaorin and I, it was gone in no time 🤣. It's a nigori bubbly of kijoshu, so it didn't have any sake flavor at all, but it's delicious 😇. What surprised me more was the peach-colored Kasumi Sparkling by Amezure, which was opened the other day 😀. It was out of control when I opened the bottle, and it was out of control again today when I shook the bottle to mix the lees 🤣. Sake is really interesting too😇

Our family traditionally brings red and white sake to Kaorin's parents' house every New Year's Day for the Osechi meal😇. For the red sake we are bringing to the upcoming New Year's meal, we chose our favorite Aka Kido by Kido and have been storing it in the cellar since before autumn, but this year we prepared a nigori type red sake because the beginning of the year coincides with the Nigorinpikku 😀. We will open the bottle before the Nigorinpic because we are sorry to let the Aka Kido we had stored there stay over the New Year 😇. I really love Kido sake, but I think I like this one the best with the red rice derived flavor of Akaki-Kido 😀. The rich sweet taste of Akaki-Kido-San is really delicious and I love it 😇

ROMAI. Sort by Milo. Milo is the boy Milo's Mars Adventures 3D, released in 2011. 🎬️ The biggest Disney film in the red 😨. In fact, when I saw it in the cinema, there were only a few people including myself at a multiplex in Itami where most of the movies are crowded 😅. The voice actor was Tatsuomi Hamada, a popular child actor at the time who played Masaharu Fukuyama's boyhood in Ryomaden. The other actors were Bananaman Shitara, who was not as big a name as he is now... It wasn't that bad 🤔. Aaaaahhh! I'm talking about movies in spite of the fact that we're in a sake cup 😱. I think Yoohee-san drank it before. It's rare to find a kijoshu with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast 🤔. Maybe it's because it's a sake made from the same yeast, but it has more acidity than most kijoshu and feels lighter in the mouth. Is it because of the low alcohol content that it feels lighter? It is a light and easy to drink kijoshu. It's a type of sake that you can't find anywhere else.

Drinking at home for the first time in a long time First time drinking at home in 3 years Fresh and slightly effervescent. Delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. Grape-like taste 🍇. I can't speak highly of it because I haven't had it that long, but I don't think the taste has changed much with the change in toji 🤔.

It's been a super long time since I've had a drink at home and it's been 3 years since I've had an Ozeyuki ☃️ Fruity and fruity flavor, but not too heavy sweetness, but elegant sweetness. The umami is like the royal road of Omachi, and I just want to soak in the aftertaste all the time! I think there is a bitterness around the end that I don't mind 🤔.
