Today's sake is Kudokidobue 😀!
I had previously obtained a Hakutsuru-nishiki sake rice for the first time from Jikin, and got this Kudokidobee to compare them, but since Jikin's Hakutsuru-nishiki had already been opened at the brewery open house that the Kansai Sake-no-wa gathered for, I opened the bottle by myself 😀.
The taste is a bit different from Kudokutei's usual sake, but from the first aroma to the mouth and down the throat, it is fruity yet firm and very nice sake 😀.
Hakutsuru-nishiki is said to be the brother sake rice of Yamadanishiki, and I would like to try Hakutsuru-nishiki brewed by Hakutsuru-san next time 😇.

It was my first time to drink Jikin's Hakutsuru-nishiki, but Kodoki-ue's Hakutsuru-nishiki was also very tasty 😀.
The bigger the cellar gets, the more sake you get, so you'll always have a space problem 😅.

This is the last sake for this event, Jikin's Kimoto Akaban Omachi😇.
In the 12 bottles I chose this time, I had one bottle each of Jikin-san, Shinshu Kamerei-san and Shinmasa-san 😀.
However, I had prepared 5 more bottles each for Mr. 🐢 and Mr. Shinmasa in the additional order, but I didn't hear from them at all 🤣.
I guess everyone is in favor of Jikin-san ❓😅😅.
Anyway, the brewery party ended without any problems.
Thanks to the organizer, Umaisan, and everyone who attended, we were able to have a fun day 😇
There were a lot of things we didn't do well, but please don't let this stop you from coming back for the second Yasubee Kurabiraki 🙏 🙇♀️🙏

Juicy sweet flavor like cherries. It seems to be the sweetest type of Kaze no Mori.

Summer Nigorinpik 100
Today is Tanabata, and we are celebrating with a total of 100 bottles of nigori sake this season at our house 🎉!
This is the second appearance of Hirotogawa nigori sake this season.
Last season we wanted to drink Hirotogawa Nigori but finally couldn't get it...so this season we got two bottles each of Jigokawa Nigori and Hirotogawa Nigori as soon as the season started😇.
I was prepared that I would not be impressed when I first drank them since they had been stored for more than half a year, but that was not the case at all. Even though it is not called "active nigori", the bottle was opened slowly, but even with automatic stirring, a nice aroma spread at once and the tongue was well-stimulated😇.
I knew a nice nigori would remain fresh and tasty even after a little bit of storage 🙆🙆.
The 100th bottle was also nice 😇

This is a post from the day before yesterday😅
It's been a while since I took you to "Mimuro Cedar" 🍶.
I remember the taste vaguely. I thought it was easy to drink back then 💦.
So I opened the bottle and drank it 😊.
The aroma is subdued (←somewhat surprising), and I take a sip, a little puzzled by the difference from my image... 😱...
The taste is also completely different from the image 😱.
This is a very different memory 💦.
Dry and refreshing. The spiciness is assertive and strong.
This is delicious in this way, but... the exact opposite of what I imagined, and the surprise ‼️ was so intense that I finished the first day in a confused state 🤣.
I let it sit for a day and on the second day...
The aroma is mellowed 😍This is it.
When I took a sip, it was exactly as I had imagined at first, mellow, with the umami of the rice and a gentle overall feeling 😋.
I'm surprised at the dramatic change in one day😅

This will be my first time drinking Eiko-Fuji's AiYama🤣.
However, it is definitely a delicious Eiko-Fuji, and AiYama is one of my favorite sake rice...how can it not be delicious?
The aroma was unexpectedly light on the nose, but the taste was sweet and delicious 😀.
It has some nuances similar to the Junmai Daiginjo of Murasaki Uchu that we had yesterday 😇.
But the taste of sweetness is not simply fruity, it's quite a complex sweetness 😀.
But in the end, it was a delicious sake without being clingy 😇.

I found it at a liquor store 💡 and took it out of the fridge without any hesitation, but I hesitated for a moment when I saw the price, but since it was my first one, I took it 😅.
I let it sit in the fridge for a bit before opening the bottle.
The aroma is fruity 😋.
One sip and it's deliciously sweet 😋⤴️
The first day, the sweetness is a little bit dominant.
On the second day, it seems to be more refreshing and less sweet, making it easier to drink 😋.
It's more to my liking if I let it air out a bit 😍.
This time I drank it in 3 days because of my health condition, but it seems to be mellowing day by day, and I enjoyed the change of airing it out, which was very helpful for me when tasting sake 😋.

Spring Nigorinpic 80
With today's sake, we would like to finish the Spring Nigorinpic 🤣.
We received 80 bottles of nigori sake this winter and spring, and we have quite a few bottles of clear sake left in the sake cellar, so we would like to open those in succession🤣.
The last of the Spring Nigorinpik is this Pawn Michelle's 😇.
Cotton Candy is 8% alcohol, 500ml, easy to drink and tasty, so it will be a quick kill 🤣.
The Mino de Blanc we had yesterday was also a sake that reminded me of a white wine (especially a white wine with a strong acidity), but this Pawn Michel reminded me of a fruit wine😇.
This sake was more like a fruit wine than a grain wine, but it was a delicious sake with a fruit-derived sweetness and acidity that was very refreshing 😀.
It's been a while since I've heard Kaorin say that this is not sake😇.

Spring Nigorinpic 73
Today we will have a Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Ooragarami from Yamawasei to compare with yesterday's Hakurakusei Ooragarami😇.
As you know, Yamawaboshi is brewed jointly by Yamawa and Hakurakusei in Miyagi Prefecture, and this year, the brewery is responsible for the brewing of the Hakurakusei's Shinzawa Brewery 😀.
The special feature is that the hi-ire is a clear sake and the nama is ogorami 🤣.
Of course, being a nigori maniac, I chose the raw ogara-mi 😀.
The aroma and taste are similar to Hakurakusei's, but the taste of Yamawasei's is clearer😇.
I can also feel the tingling and fizzy sensation on my tongue that I didn't feel so much with Hakurakusei 😀.
I prefer the taste of Yamawasei, but Kaorin prefers Hakurakusei's taste 😇.

Today was a welcome party for new employees and we had all-you-can-drink party 😀.
However, Kaorin has issued a ban on drinking all-you-can-drink sake because it makes me feel really bad 🤣.
I survived the all-you-can-drink with only highballs, so I will have a delicious nigori sake at home 😀.
Spring Nigorinpic 52
In spring, there are a little less nigori sake than in winter, but for this Spring Nigorinpick, we chose 30 sake selections as shown in the 4th picture 🤣.
There are quite a few left over from the winter Nigorinpik 🤣.
I decided to choose a sake with low alcohol content, easy to drink and tasty... so I chose Ozeyuki's Peach Color Nigori for this evening 😇.
I also got the supernatant, which was not too different from the nigori, but tasted delicious and fruity😇.
It's a highball and has quite a bit of alcohol in it, but still at 10% alcohol, I can drink more and more😇.
It has been a long time since I was able to drink this low-alcohol sweet and fruity sake, but I was able to enjoy it even after returning from an all-you-can-drink trip😇.

Actually, after I used the points I saved up by standing in line for 2 hours to get a bottle of Jikin's nigori that I really wanted to drink, I applied for it at a liquor store where I often apply for lottery Jikin, and I won and the second bottle came to my house 😇.
I really do have good luck with lottery tickets for Jikin.
I told Kaorin that I was going to drink Jikin's nigori again today, and she prepared yakiniku for dinner 🤣.
Nigori and Yakiniku go well together after all😇
It went better with Yakiniku than Jikin's Aizan Hi-iri which we drank together 😀.

The second bottle is our family's standard sake "AKABU" 🍶.
This time we chose Omachi.
I'm not an omatist myself, but I brought this one along because it was AKABU.
The bottle was opened with great vigor. The aroma is fruity, and when you pour it into your mouth, it has a beautiful mouthfeel, and the acidity you get from Omachi rice is just right.
It is definitely a bottle of deliciousness ❗️ that Mrs. Kurokawa praised, and she is more and more captivated by AKABU 😊.
