Today, I'm opening a bottle of Toyo Bijin's Jihonben from my hometown in Yamaguchi Prefecture 😀.
I have always had a strong impression that "aluzoe" is a term used to describe a sake that tastes bad but is made to taste good by adding aluzoe, and I began to think that we were losing money by avoiding aluzoe.
Of course, I have had Junmai Toyo Bijin before and I know it is delicious, so I chose this sake because I thought I could experience the taste of Daiginjo more with this sake 😀.
When I opened the bottle, I could smell the delicious ginjo aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the deliciousness comes rushing in at once 😀.
Then... ❓😅😅
I can't tell the difference in taste between Aru Soze and Junmai type 🤣.
So this is what a good al-soke daiginjo is 😅.
It was a nice sake that taught me that from now on, I don't have to stick to junmai type 😇

Yasbay, I like the oriental beauty👍.
The addition of brewing alcohol seems unusual 🙄.
Toyo Bijin is cheap, but all of them are great 😃.

Good morning Yasube-san 😃
I guess they add alcohol to the sake to make it taste better 😊 but I'm still attracted to the word "pure"... 😅 maybe because I'm a purist 😁Toyo Bijin has alcohol in it 😳

Hi Robin 😀
I decided to try my hand at aluzoe with my favorite Daiginjo from Toyo Bijin.
I heard that this Zipangu is the only Toyo Bijin with Aru Soze 🤣.

Hi Rafa papa 😀
In my case, one of the reasons why I failed so many times in the distant past was because I was cheated by cheap all-you-can-drink sake that tastes only sweet and easy to drink 😀.
A properly made aluzoe tastes great and doesn't give you a bad taste 😇.

Hello, Yasube!
I found out about "Toyo Bijin Jifan Beni" last season and I wanted to get it this year but I couldn't 😅.
I'm still interested in it after reading your review 😁.

Hi Jive 😀
I thought Zipangu was a very good sake, and it has successfully overturned my image of alsobeer 😇.
I think it's worth a try if you have a chance to try this drink 😀.

Hi Maru 😀
I knew it was alsobe, but I thought ❓ 🤣 where is the alsobe ❓, so if I really didn't know, I would have ended up with a normal tasty junmai type ginjo sake 🤣.

Good evening, Pon 😀
It's great that you are properly aware that you are welcome in Alsobe 😀.
If you are such a Pon-chan, I would definitely recommend Zipangu, so please give it a try 😇.

Good evening, Yasube!
I used to be a Junmai-sake supremacist because of a certain manga, but thanks to Gakki and some other great sake brewers, I've started to drink a lot more.
You should try different kinds of sake without prejudice. ❗️
