Drinking Comparison of Three Prefectures on the Eastern Northeast Coast (3)
We started with Iwate Prefecture, followed by Miyagi Prefecture, and today we are going to Fukushima Prefecture 😀 There were two bottles of Fukushima Prefecture sake in the fridge, and I was torn between them.
There were two bottles of Fukushima Prefecture sake in the fridge, and we had a hard time deciding between them, but we chose the Junmai Daiginjo from Tobiroki.
As soon as the bottle was opened, there was a nice ginjo aroma... not the typical delicious fruity aroma, but more of an elegant floral 🌺 atmosphere.
The moment it enters the mouth, there is only a beautiful umami flavor, and then the fruits open up and cut through nicely 😀 It was a delicious sake 😇.

The three Tohoku prefectures sake comparison was successfully completed, in fact, there is one more bottle from each prefecture, so I'm going to go around again starting from Iwate prefecture 😇.
