ARABASHIRI from Matsuuraichi Sake Brewery, one of my favorite breweries! I look forward to this sake every year 🍶. The aroma reminds me of apples, which is typical of Matsuuraichi. The aroma is fresh, reminiscent of apples. The juicy flavor and moderate acidity spread in the mouth. and a moderate acidity. The astringency or bitterness characteristic of arabashiri? Bitterness? The Ko-Imari Brewery is located in Imari City, Saga Prefecture. I remember that the "Mae" sake was only available at the brewery's opening. I was too busy to stock up on sake for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, so I bought some when I went shopping for dinner on New Year's Eve. This was my first MOVIN from the Higashi Tsuru Sake Brewery, a brewery I have been pushing for. It has a pear-like fruity aroma, typical of Higashitsuru. It has a fresh yet clear mouthfeel. Gentle umami and a balance of acidity and sweetness ✨. It's a perfect sake for a meal in the Higashi Tsuru lineup! The most delicious 😋. The name has two meanings: "to act positively as a brewery" and "a dynamic taste". Thank you for the treat 😋.

When it comes to new Saga sake, you can't miss Tenzan Shuzo 😁. The strongest sake in the cosmopolitan world. Freshness and slight gassiness typical of new sake. The sake that started my sake obsession. Koei Kiku. I haven't been able to drink all the new sake lately, but Hello! I buy KOUEIGIKU every year. I especially like the Omachi version of Oorigarami. The aroma reminds me of citrus fruits, which is typical of Koueigiku. The aroma is citrusy, with a fine acidity, a gentle umami and sweetness. The final taste is well-balanced with the bitterness of the ori. Koeikiku is still delicious 😋. Thank you ✨
