The second all-you-can-drink sake was Tamagawa, a famous sake from Kyoto by the sea. Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu brewed by Mr. Harper, a British 🇬🇧 toji (master brewer). It was also featured in Seiji Rokkaku-san's Drinking Iron Journey😊.
The color of the sake is matured like whisky even though it is a draft sake 🥃 is due to Mr. Harper's magic 🧙♀️❓
It's as expected from the land of Harry Potter 😄.
First of all, the aroma is grain, nutty🥜, and, as someone else reviewed, it also resembles Shaoxing wine.
The alcohol content is quite high at 20 degrees, so I'll start with a lick 😅.
First, sweetness, and then without a moment's pause, the flavor and acidity of Omachi spreads in the mouth ❗️Taste is somewhat similar to Shaoxing sake.
However, the sharpness is sharp and surprisingly easy to accept.
This is the difference from Shaoxing sake.
I finished it before I knew it without solving the mystery of the gap between the alcohol content and the sharpness (also magic ❓).
