Here is the 6th sake of the "Osaka vs. Fukuoka Sake Competition"!
It's a draft of Fukuoka's very popular brand "Tanaka Rokuugo"!
We were disappointed to find it completely sold out at the liquor store the other day, so we were happy to find it here 😆.
I haven't had it since the year before last at an oyster shack, but I'm sure the juicy, gentle sweetness, overflowing with umami, and ending with bitterness was still there 🤔.
The balance is perfect!
