Even though it was almost the end of the day, I ordered an additional dish that I was curious about! And it's fried food❗️ I can't say the same about MAJ 😅 Because I was curious about it! It was corn tempura 🌽🌽. I had it at the off-line meeting and it was delicious... Besides, it's the most popular menu item 😁. The style of the cut from the core is the same as the "Connoisseur Takashi" at the offline meeting! I made love to them with natural salt 🧂 and they were delicious! And the 11th cup Banshu Issen Shippo Junmai Unfiltered on the lees Shippou means "everlasting relationship". I hope to continue such a relationship with many sake and sake-no-wa members 😊. It's been so long since I've had sake from Hyogo! I like Banshu sake better than Nada sake ❣️. Here's another Banshu sake The brewery is in Shiso city, but it's hard to read "shisoushi" 😁. The taste can be simply described as Fresh❗️ Fresh ❗️ Fruity, gassy❗️ Tightening bitterness, lingering finish, sharpness ❗️. It was quite delicious 👍

Miyakanbai Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nakadori (New Sake, Nama Sake) This is another brand that tends to be put off at stores that carry it even though they know it's delicious😅. Gorgeous aroma! Fresh, fruity and clear on the palate❗️. And yet, the flavor of the rice is also brought out well. Fruity and umami coexist without conflict. The master brewer is very skilled... 👍 More to come 😁.

Haneya Summer Junmai Ginjo (Nama Sake) It's been a while since I've had a Haneya! I know it's good, but I live in an environment where it's relatively easy to get it, so I've always put it off... Sorry about that. A special limited edition sake brewed to resemble the marine blue of summer! moderately sweet and juicy👍 Ah, here it is, I remember it! It's Haneya! It's not too thick, so it's the type that goes down smoothly 😊. I need to drink more Haneya-san, I deeply regret it😅

The sixth drink is a restaurant-only sake, Zhuyin. I've never seen this label before, and I'm a meek person who wants to try it when there's a catch that it's limited to restaurants. 🤣 It must have been a totally different sweetness from the 5 cups I had so far. I'm trying to recall the details of the taste from my faint memory, but I think it had a good balance of umami and sourness, didn't it? 🤔. But I was sure that it was delicious 😋😋. I often order a brand that is new to me, but I've never been disappointed, probably because the owner has a good eye for things 😆👍.

The fifth glass was Suitama, another brand of Ryoseki Shuzo, the brewer of Hanamup. I remember that it was as good as Hanayuup when I drank a draft of Oragami long ago. How is Suidama after a few years? 🤔 I was not worried at all! 😆 😆 It is still delicious 😋😋. The balance of sweetness and bitterness is different from that of Hana Yuup, but the image was very clear... 😋😋. But I can't tell the difference from the raw one. 🤣

The fourth glass is another everyone's favorite, Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi! The first Shinshu Kamerei we drank was Hitogochochi summer jungin, and this is the fire-aged junmai version. It doesn't matter that it's junmai, it's so juicy and delicious that it's worth drinking. I thought the bitterness was a bit strong, but it's still very tasty 😋😋. I always do, but it's too good to swallow. 😂

The third sake is "Sumiretsuyu Ibuki" from Eiko-Fuji, whose squidgy label has a big impact! A very limited edition sake that is only shipped once a year. How intriguing! You have to go very far to buy this one, so it's nice to be able to drink it outside 😆. Eiko-Fuji is characterized by its gorgeous and juicy flavor, as all Eiko-Fuji sake is. The sweetness and umami are both very intense and delicious 😋😋. The sake rice is Miyamanishiki. I guess Miyamanishiki is my favorite type of sake rice because I've never gone out of my comfort zone with it. 🤔 If you look closely, you will see the word "弍" on the back label. I would love to try the "Ichi" 😁.

The second drink is another gem that is impossible to get in Fukuoka. This is "Gakky," a top runner in the alsobe world. If this were on the menu, I would order it. I don't know what kind of fruit it is, but it smells really good! The balance of sweetness and sourness is good even if you drink it blind. I'm confident that even if you drink it blind, you won't even notice it's alsobe... 🤣 I would definitely drink it again if they have a different kind 😆👍

Finally, here's the turnaround Here's the seventh drink Masamune Bessen Dorokuchi (unfiltered and unpasteurized) Almost every time I come here, I drink Hana-yosu and Gakky! Because there are no stores in Kyushu that carry them 💦. The refreshing fruity taste + the delicious flavor of sake rice "Yumeko". And the bitterness of the closer finishes it off with a crisp finish. The sequence of events is wonderful👍 Every time I drink Gakki, I think it's really alcoholic. I can't find the smell of alcohol anywhere... It's definitely a beautiful sake that overturns the image of Aruzoe from the very beginning ❗️. Bravo 🤗

Contrary to the name SPARK, the fizziness is less than I expected! but rather minute! The owner said 😅 "Last year it was more effervescent..." We appease him and say "Oh well... The theme of this sake is grape🍇. The sweetness with acidity is not so much grape🍇 as grape🍇, but it still reminds me of grape🍇🍇🍇. What the heck 🤣 It's not all sweetness, but there's also some bitterness, and it's surprisingly well-balanced! As expected of the new Echigo-shu Gosanke❗️ Thank you very much 🤗

It is said to be a cool encouragement to overcome the heat of Japan 😊. Let's get started! Noble sweet aroma reminiscent of pear and lychee. The gasiness was quite gone, but the balance of sweetness, flavor, bitterness, acidity, and four tastes was still almost perfect ‼️. As expected of the No.1 most popular Kishu sake 🤗.

As Chichi-san posted the other day, we went out for drinks to celebrate my sobriety! We decided to have a few half-size drinks, so we went to the sake paradise "Tenkiya" in Nishijin. We hit the counter as soon as it opened and went to the counter! At the same time, we both gazed at the sake menu for tonight. 🤣 We were both very impressed by the variety of sake on the menu tonight. After a quick look around, we selected everyone's favorite, "Kahayo". The label looks a lot like Hachitan-Nishiki, but the Ginpu is white with a silver base. 🤔 I expected it, but the aroma and taste are both pineapple♪ But it closes with a proper assertion of bitterness as well, so it has a nice depth of flavor that I never get tired of drinking 😋😋. The sesame mackerel and chicken tataki were also delicious and I have a feeling I'll be drinking a lot tonight 😁.
