Sake at the Rashaide (9) Yamada-Nishiki 😄The label was cool, but at first I couldn't figure out which sake it was. I didn't know at first. We had our first Bon! The aroma is like ripe apples. Sake Drinking at Rashai (7) Next up was Jikin! The sake rice is Hakutsuru Nishiki! It is Hakutsuru Shuzo's original sake rice and is a crossbreed of Yamadanishiki's parents. The Hakutsuru brewery developed this rice and uses it in their Jikin sake. I am deeply moved by this. I wonder if we can make better sake if we all incorporate the best parts in this way! On the palate, the umami from the apple-like fruity flavor comes rushing in. It also has a slight acidity and a moderate aftertaste. It certainly tastes like Yamada-Nishiki. It's really delicious!

Sake Drinking at Rashaide (6) Next is Koei Kiku, also from Saga! I hadn't drank it recently because it is a bit expensive... This one has a fruity taste like apples. To be honest, I could not tell the difference in taste, but I got the impression that the exported sake had a slightly lighter aftertaste. Both are stable and tasty, as is typical of Otters!

Drinking at Rashai (2) Next is Tasake (^o^). Personally, I always thought it was a sake on the opposite end of the spectrum from Jyushiyo (classic sake). However, this one has a very fruity aroma, sweetness and umami, and a lingering aftertaste that is enjoyable. I was surprised that this type of sake is also available as tasake! It tasted so good that I wanted to drink it again.

Yesterday, I had a drink with my sake-loving friends! We went to "Rashii" for the first time because it is the place to go for sake in Sendai ✨. It really is like a mecca for sake, where you can drink as much as you want and more and more sake is served by the bottle. First of all, I wanted to try a good one while I could remember what it tasted like! Banshu Aizan from Jyushiyo😄Fruity aroma like apples and peaches. The sweetness and umami taste comes after the fruity aroma, and the aftertaste is just right!

Last night was Father's Day! My brother and his family came to celebrate (^o^) and we bought sushi, so we had Mimuro Sugi's Natsujun (^o^) sake to go with it. I thought it would be light and refreshing, but it wasn't. The aroma was like pineapple! The aroma is like pineapple and pear with some lactic acidity. When you drink it, you will find sourness and bitterness from the sweetness! It is unexpectedly rich, but does not linger that long. The acidity and bitterness are typical of summer sake. It is a sake that one does not get tired of drinking 🍶 and is highly rated by my family! There are a lot of summer sake available these days, so we should carefully select what to buy to prepare for summer.

Don't stop #Noto's sake! Sake purchased through crowdfunding 😄 arrived at Shirakiku in Okunoto! Collaboration with Yoshida Sake Brewery in Fukui Prefecture! This is a sake brewed by Yoshida Shuzo based on Shirakiku's original recipe 🍶. The aroma is fresh with banana 🍌 as it is brewed with Kanazawa yeast. The sweetness is moderate with mild umami, moderate acidity and bitterness! Well balanced with a crisp yet mild aftertaste. Perfect as a food sake! This is delicious! A sake that you will never get tired of drinking. This is good. There are still many delicious sake all over Japan that I don't know about. It's strange that I had this opportunity to meet them, but I definitely want to support them because they are brewing such delicious sake. This is one I want to drink again.

Today's favorite Beau Michelle! I bought it immediately when I heard that Snowfantasy's summer liquor was out! I immediately tried it! The aroma is apple 🍎 and there is sourness too! Very fruity! I want to be refreshed today, so here it is! I had a delicious Oyomori on a recent trip to Niigata! This time it's Sky Blue Label😄. The aroma is apple with a fruity note. The taste is moderately sweet with a firm acidity! The aftertaste is refreshing! Very light taste! Low alcohol content, good to drink on a hot day😄As the label says, this is one that even sake beginners and women can easily drink! Delicious. Very different from the Oyomori I've had in the past! In fact, this one was voted as the best sake among the various sake festivals held in Sendai! The aroma is apple! Very fruity and gorgeous. When you drink it, you can taste the moderate sweetness, bitterness, and acidity. It also has a very full body with a strong umami flavor! And the aftertaste is delicious without lingering! It is a very beautiful and easy to drink sake with little bitterness 🍶 This is delicious! I don't usually drink Junmai Daiginjo, but this is delicious. My brother is on a business trip to Fukuoka! I asked him to get me some sake and get this for me (^o^)First time for me to get Wakanami! The aroma is muscat, I think.
