I've been infected with the flu since last week (crying) and had a hard time getting my fever down, but finally recovered!
I had this for my recovery drink! This is a special order from "On a night like this..."! One of the gift boxes from Kawashima Sake Shop😄Nagano sake for sure!
The aroma is apple and grapefruit 😄The taste is dry sweet and slightly carbonated! The sweetness is dry and slightly carbonated! Then there is a hint of sourness and bitterness 😊The aftertaste is a bit firm. I feel more alcohol in it because it's been a while since I've had sake! I thought it was delicious, but the impression was a little strong.
I will continue to gradually rebibiliate sake in the future (lol).
