This sake has an episode... Kamerei is very popular these days. When it is sold, it is sold out in no time. It is very hard to get it😅
One day, I heard from a liquor store that coasters made of Hakuunishi from Shinshu Kamerei would be on sale, and being a Kamerei lover, I immediately made a decision and made a reservation immediately! He said they would be delivered on the next Shinshu Kamerei release date.
And the day of the Shinshu Kamerei release! I was going to buy only the coaster, but the owner said, "I saved the coaster because I didn't want to say it was only a coaster! I got a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Miyamanishiki 😄!
I was grateful to the owner and took a sip. The aroma was the usual Kamerei apple flavor. The taste is mildly sweet, slightly carbonated, and umami. The sourness and bitterness come from there, and it is really delicious. It has a more gentle taste. It goes well with oyster vinegar!
