The aroma is apple, peach and pear! Very beautiful aroma. I wonder if it is also from Kamishinko. I don't feel any fresh yeast.
It's very refreshing without mixing the ori, not too sweet, a bit of sourness and bitterness, and it finishes with a kick. It is easy to drink. When mixed with Ori, the flavor increases and the balance is perfect😄I think I prefer this one. In any case, it is a beautiful sake overall without feeling like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast! The rice is also very Yamadanishiki, so it has a strong aftertaste.
Actually, I had a sake diploma seminar last weekend 😄 "Understanding the Characteristics of the Four Generations of Sake Rice Varieties" and we compared various sakes. I brushed up my knowledge a little (laughs). I also learned a lot about expressing aroma. I hope I've brushed up a little (laughs).
