The word "limited" makes me weak 😅. The owner of the liquor store told me that it was very spicy, so I bought it, but when I tried it, I found that it had a fruity taste and a hint of bitterness that balanced it out nicely 😚. I've never tried Tottori sake before, but it's good. I finished it in two days 🤤.

A freshly squeezed sake full of sweetness. However, it does not have the sweetness of amazake. The sweetness lingers in the back of the mouth for a while and then disappears. There is no acidity or miscellaneous flavors, making it a fresh sake. It is a sake to be enjoyed slowly and without snacks.

The mouthfeel is so gentle that it is hard to believe that the wine has been aged for 5 years. It has a crisp umami flavor with a moderate spiciness and astringency on the back end. I felt it had an excellent balance as a food sake. It is a good all-around sake.

Otona no Sake Gakuin Trip (3) 　I went to Misasa Onsen with my usual drinking buddies. We went to Misasa Onsen with our usual drinking buddies, and had a trip entitled "Drinking all the Sake in Tottori". Matsue I couldn't upload the photos of the tasting in Misasa and Kurayoshi 😭 I was surprised to find that the Genchou, which I thought would have a classic taste, was fruity and delicious 😳 I sent some of them home and will post them later 🍶 Too bad I couldn't get Tomirei in Hokuei-cho 😢 Conan Yes! I did.... I will have to come back to Tottori. I wonder when that will be. After returning to Shimane and drinking at an izakaya (Japanese style bar), we had a drink at a ryokan (Japanese inn). This is sake. It has a bitter taste.

Mellow sake. It is sweet and full of umami, but has a cohesive aftertaste and is easy to drink! I liked it a lot.

We had another drinking session yesterday and had a zero-second meeting at the place between here and there (laughs). This time, I wanted to try something I had never had before, so I was curious about Takayuu! It was my first time to drink Tottori Prefecture😄Hot sake was also recommended, but I started with cold sake! The aroma was like banana 😄and lactic acidity from it. The aroma is like a banana 😄and then there is a lactic acid aroma. When you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness and umami! The bitterness comes from the sweetness, and it has a nice sharpness! The sourness of the pickled plums brings out the sweetness and improves the flavor. Sake and pickled plums! According to the manager, "Umeboshi can prevent drunkenness, but they also go surprisingly well with sake. It really was! It's really good!

I wanted to warm sake and bought this on recommendation. I heated it up to 40°C and it was delicious. It was not too sweet and had a delicious sake feel to it. I thought it would be better to warm it up to human body temperature than to heat it up.
