The annual challenge: which sake to choose for New Year's Day.
This year, I decided on this one.
Jyushidai, which I had said I would drink with my friends, but it kept flowing and was left unattended. It was given to me and I was able to get it without much effort😅.
I don't feel it's worth much and I'm drinking it with gusto.
You should clean your mouth before drinking it.
The sweetness stands out in the first whiff, but what is this aroma 🤔I'd like to compare it to fruit. A little gas, acidity that does not interfere with the sweetness. There is no alcohol taste that makes you feel a twinge, but it is satisfying as a sake. I see what you mean, it's the taste everyone is looking for.
Osechi was purchased at Pure Ale, an Italian restaurant in Fuji.
