I have been working on my regimen since August and have been posting less. It has had the effect of one hole in my belt, but I am having trouble consuming the sake in my fridge😥. Well, I drove to Sasaichi Sake Brewery on a recent holiday weekend. The sake museum for sale is very beautiful. The specialty Sasago mochi (rice cakes) are located diagonally across from the brewery, and they are delicious 😋. Yatagan nigori seems to be a summer sake. It is creamy, slightly dry, and has a good flavor. It is creamy, slightly dry, and has a refreshing umami flavor. Actually, our purpose was not to visit the brewery, but to go to Keitokuin (Tano-ji) and Seiun-ji, about 20 minutes north from here. This is the place where Katsuyori Takeda fell. Katsuyori, who could not enter Iwadono, set his sights on Tenmokuzan Seiunji, but could not reach it and committed suicide at Keitokuin Temple. Legendary signs were erected at every street corner, and there were many places to see 🤓.

Good evening, ellie 🦉. I see you made it to the brewery 😳I love that the building and the scenery around it is with the memories of your trip... It's exciting to see the signage and feel like it actually happened 😊.

Good evening, Pon-chan ^ ^ ^ Actually, these temples are interesting, aren't they? At Seiunji Temple, I was shown a military rifle with a sword wound, which is said to have been used by Shingen in a single combat with Kenshin. My trips are always a combination of sake and history 😎.

Visit to the brewery. It is Sasaichi Shuzo in Yamanashi Prefecture. They offer various free tastings, but since it was a good opportunity, we also had some at the paid corner. Koshu Yumesansui 100% from Yamanashi Prefecture They said that Yumesansui from Aichi was grown in Yamanashi. The color is clear. The aroma is sweet. The taste is soft sweetness. It has a refreshing peach-like image. The acidity is light and clear. The ginjo aroma is strong. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Sake with a soft and calm taste. I also recommend the hoto at the attached restaurant 🍲.
