At the Hakurei Sake Brewery booth, we were allowed to compare the Vivid series. This is the best part of the tasting event😋. Blue, green, and red, all delicious and interesting. I had a short chat with the brewery owner as well, as I had visited there before. Personally, I prefer the sweet red.

My colleague brought me this sake 🍶. I had never heard of this sake before ❗It says "Platinum" on it and looks kind of expensive 😊. Light fruity and easy to drink ❗Not too sweet and easy to drink 🎵It goes well with sea urchin, sashimi, etc. 😋.

You like sake, don't you? A gift from my aunt. Thank you very much. For some reason, when I get sake as a souvenir, it is often extremely dry or has a high alcohol content😅. And this time, it's a raw sake. The alcohol content is 18. This is my first time to drink it in a No. 5 bottle. Cold sake has a sweetness of rice, but it has a sharp taste. I tried heating it up. It has a very strong alcohol taste, but the softness and sweetness are more pronounced. Not bad. The third picture shows my second son, who just turned 5 years old, helping to chop the ingredients for the nabe. He was born in 2021, but I can only feel the Showa era 🤣. He is a reserve army of drinkers who loves shabu-shabu more than hamburgers and is looking forward to the future.

Up 🍶 a sake I got and drank on my Golden Week trip. It is a raw sake from Hakurei Shuzo. The packaging is also very un-Japanese sake-like, with an image like white wine. It looks like they are trying something new. The taste is very fresh and delicious. The other colors are also unique and interesting.

. I bought a batch of three kinds of Hakurei's unfiltered raw sake, VIVID green! I opened this green one on today's gloomy day: ‼️ It has a refreshing mouthfeel, but a firm acidity and lingering sweetness follow from it. I think this is a good sake to refresh you in such a messy climate. I served it with side dishes I bought on my way home from work. It goes with everything.
