LUNCH SAKE✨
The aroma is clean.
Moderate acidity and sweetness, with a pleasant bitterness that lingers...
Not a common taste, I like it ♡.
The next day, I added a note.
When I put it in my mouth with all my might...
It is filled with a muscat-like aroma..!
The last day of our history trip.
Today we went to the boathouse in Ine. The boathouses are of course nice, but the sea is clear and beautiful. The sea is clear and beautiful. From the townscape to the topography.
In the evening, I went to Kyoto and visited Kamikoya, which was recommended by an acquaintance. It is a rare izakaya (Japanese style bar) where all the food is made in Tango. Reservations were made one after another. All the sake was also from Tango. And I was surprised to see so many sake on tap. This restaurant is a must for sake lovers 😋.
Good evening Masaaki ^ ^
This was my first visit to Tango in the extreme heat. It was a good trip to Tango in Kyoto as well. As for sake breweries, I went to Mukai Sake Brewery, but it seems there are many others 😋.
I caught a lot of squid so I bought some sake 🍶.
Thinking about it, I had never bought sake from Kyoto, so I decided on Hakurei 🙂.
It also has a fruity flavor and I drank it in gulps 😋.
Bottle #189.
Artistic label, all white malted rice production, I was drawn in by the excitement. The taste is golden sake, gassy, ricey, fruity, and not too sweet, but a bit salty, and the whole thing is very thick. If you think of a normal sweet sake 🍶, you will be surprised at the taste.
It is firm and fruity.
It has a profound sense of weight that can be matched not only with Japanese cuisine, but also with Western meat dishes, and with any other cuisine.
