I went to Kyoto the other day and stopped by the brewery to purchase this. Since it was a special occasion with my childhood friend, I opened this one boldly 🍾.
It stands up dry but with soft acidity. I served it with Akao no Suguki, a Kyoto souvenir, and Odawara no Neri-mono (fish paste) as a side dish.
However, I always think that this sake called Nichinichi would go well with delicate dishes.

I didn't know that Nichinichi comes out of Shinshu Kamerei! It won't be long before your childhood friend, whom you haven't seen in a while, gets into the sake 🍶 swamp too 🤗.

My friend drank both Kamerei and Nichinichi for the first time and was very impressed 😁.
I also gave her Genmai and Amezure, so it seems she's pretty much hooked on Sake lol.
