Apparently, they went to Shimonoseki to experience sake blending.
They said they made a blend of 4 kinds of sake: sweet, dry, umami, and fruity 🤔.
This one is rich, umami, and slightly spicy.
I see, my colleague who likes Hakkaisan would like this taste.
