This is Mimuro cedar wood vat Bodhi yeast. The impact of "Hiraman" was so strong that it seemed to be modest. I think this sake is better to be savored slowly and calmly.
After drinking a lot, I was not impressed with this sake.
When I see "Bodhi Hashiroshi," I always want to drink it. I would like to visit Shorakuji Temple where it originated and the Seishu Festival in January sometime.
